Cocoonr offers you this charming 160 m² villa to rent in Cap-Ferret, less than a kilometre from the beach, with an unheated swimming pool and wifi (fibre optics). It can accommodate up to 7 guests.

Located in the heart of Cap Ferret, this charming villa is a haven of peace, ideal for holidays with family or friends. It has four comfortable bedrooms, with space for everyone, and two modern, functional bathrooms.

The bright, friendly living area opens onto a lovely wooden terrace, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing in the sun. The unheated swimming pool, open from 1 May to 30 September, invites you to swim and relax in an intimate and pleasant setting.

The sleeping area comprises :
- Two bedrooms with 160x200 beds
- One bedroom with a 120x190 bed
- One bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and en-suite shower room and WC.
- A bathroom with shower, bath and WC completes the sleeping area.

Ideally located, Villa Rose is just 5 minutes' walk from the ocean, where you can enjoy the wild beaches and sunsets, and 20 minutes' walk from the lake, where you can discover a quieter, more authentic atmosphere.
