Amazing location right at the beach, and the property is brand new with an outdoor and indoor terrace—a gem in Capbreton. The apartment is well equipped and ideal for 1 or 2 couples. A garage for 1 car is also ideal to ease the commute in the area and enjoy the Basque area. The host (rental office) was great and very easy to communicate with. There are many shops around, including a fish market, bike rental, surf rental, and a surf school. It's a short ride by bike or car away from Hossegor beach and downtown, or a 30-minute walk. I definitely recommend it for a long-stay vacation.
