## Logement Welcome to La Bergerie des Oliviers, a former family stone house full of history, now transformed into an authentic and warm home.
This single-storey 70 m² house offers an exceptional living environment on the heights of Saint-André-de-la-Roche, where the charm of the old meets modern comfort.
From the moment you arrive, you will be captivated by the vast 1000 m² garden planted with century-old olive trees and the breathtaking panoramic view stretching all the way to the Baie des Anges.
The main living area, filled with natural light thanks to a large bay window creating a unique indoor-outdoor atmosphere, features a living room with television and a fireplace for cozy evenings during the cooler seasons. The property is fully air-conditioned, ensuring optimal comfort throughout the year.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, allowing you to prepare meals with ease.
For your convenience, the house includes a WC near the bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a second independent WC. You will also find a washing machine, an iron, and a hairdryer available on site.
For sleeping arrangements, the house can accommodate up to 5 guests. There is a main bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a ceiling fan, a sleeping area with a single bed next to the stairs, and a high-quality 160x200 sofa bed located in the living room. A baby cot is also available for younger travelers.
To make your stay easier and lighten your luggage, bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
