We had such a wonderful stay at Como on Over! With 3 teens, one tween, and an elderly family member, we were able to spread out and have one of our most enjoyable getaways ever. The weather was gorgeous so we spent most of our time enjoying the area lakes, but also appreciated how many games and books were provided in case we needed some indoor entertainment.
This property was excellent for a birthday celebration! Having multiple bedrooms on one floor was a great benefit. The kitchen / dining area was huge. Everything was clean and there wasn't a long list of tasks to do before leaving. Como Lake is beautiful and the area has several eateries and bars. The area is much calmer than Lake Geneva from a people and vehicle perspective.
Great place! Super clean, not everything we needed. The air-conditioning worked really well, which was important for us. They also had quite a few toddler and other toys, including board games. My toddler loved the toy monster truck, lol. It was a convenient set up for us because my husband and I were able to take the queen room that had an attached room with twin beds where we could set up our pack and play for our toddler to keep him in a separate room with our monitor. I would totally stay here again!
Absolutely loved this property! The house was perfect for what we needed. It was exactly what was described. And the neighborhood was great! Great people and right off the lake. The views were beautiful on our morning walks. Would definitely stay again.
I booked this house for a writing retreat for four of us and it was a fantastic location. I wasn’t familiar with Lake Como but jt is quieter than Lake Geneva which is great for morning walks and water activities and still close enough to access all the great places to write/eat/shop around Lake Geneva. The bedrooms are all a good size, and the beds are very comfortable. The two bathrooms worked for the four of us. The kitchen is well stocked including a Keurig which was really convenient for four people on different schedules making coffee! Molly was an amazing host and very responsive to any needs we had.
The property is extremely clean and conveniently located. Host very easy to communicate with. Had the best time for a lake getaway with friends. Yard games, fire pit (with a bundle of wood provided) coffee bar essentials and extra bathroom toiletries were all so appreciated!
This little lake house worked out perfect for us. It is a quiet neighborhood, close to Delevan and Lake Geneva, and had plenty of common space. We did not use the up stairs bedrooms or the yard very much. We did use the main level space, and it worked out great for us. A nice perk, we used a few of the available blueray movies. The house is a little older, and it is a lake house... We found it a perfect home base for our busy visit.
Enjoyed the last minute availability to get away for the weekend. Property was more than enough for us (two adults and a dog) with a fenced in back yard and nice sized kitchen. It was a great time in the winter, can only imagine the experience during the summer.
Thanks
This house was great for our group of 4 adults and one baby. Right off Lake Como, it is a short drive to Lake Geneva, but away from the busy hustle and bustle. Nice neighborhood for walking with nearby playgrounds and a few bar/restaurants within walking distance. The house has a nice open kitchen, perfect for making meals and catching up with friends. My only negative comment was that the upstairs area (not the bedrooms) was vertical hot and there didn't appear to be air conditioning on the second floor

I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed the area! On the A/C, that is correct, as noted in the listing description, the central air conditioning doesn’t reach the upstairs bonus rooms so we provide a couple of fans to help with the air circulation.
We enjoyed our stay on Lake Como. The space is great. Kitchen was well equipped and open concept. The beds were comfortable and it was spotless! We didn't use the backyard much, but it was well taken care of. We felt safe in the area and the house was well lit! The ONLY negative we have was that upon entering the house it smelled a tad musty. I am assuming maybe no one stayed at the house in a bit. We opened up some windows and took care of it. We would absolutely stay again!
We had a great stay! The interior was clean and well equipped. They even supplied some extras like coffee, toiletries and bug spray that not all Vrbo’s have. We slept 7 people very comfortably. You do need to go up a small winding staircase to access the upstairs which is hard for little ones or older folks. My teens loved it though. The front porch needed some attention. I had to wipe down the table, clear away some cob webs and sweep the deck so we could sit out there. The furniture was cute and comfortable on the though. We loved that we could walk to several restaurants.
When we walked in, the place was clean and inviting. The owner made an online guide app as well as provided a paper guide at the house. Everything you could need is supplied (um the coffee cart with all the coffee and tea necessities might have been my favorite) and expectations (such as trash takeout and what to do with dirty bedding) is outlined well. This property is kid and dog friendly. The fence is secure, the owner was prompt with responses. The kitchen has everything you could need. Beautiful and clean neighborhood and beaches. Lake is visable from the front porch. Everyone is friendly and says hello. We are just sad we only booked for 2 nights and not a whole week. If we go to the area again we will book here for sure!
Overall, a nice cottage and the property manager made this really easy in terms of checking in and checking out. The only areas for improvement here is around the beds and air flow. The mattresses in both of the bedrooms we used were very, very firm….to the point where it made sleeping comfortably difficult. A mattress topper would do wonders here. In addition, the front bedroom with the queen bed got very hot at night when the rest of the house was cool. Other than those issues, the property was great. We were able to get to Lake Geneva and Williams Bay within minutes and it is a short walk to the water from the house. The house was clean and definitely worked well for us this trip.

Thanks so much for the feedback! Based on your experience we have just added mattress toppers on each of the beds and fans to help with air circulation.
Nice home, well supplied, plenty of parking. Located close to a couple bars within walking distance. We loved Papa's the best. Short drive to Lake Geneva which is where we went.
Molly was super responsive to any questions and needs.
We had a party of 7 and it fit everyone well. The backyard, surprisingly, wasn't buggy. There were plenty of chairs, games, and a nice fire pit too!
A couple things that would be helpful in the future....
- The stair case needs something to prevent people from hitting their heads when walking by. Maybe move the table?
-The step to the backyard also needs something such as a light and orange tape to percent people from tripping over it.
- The upstairs was hot initially. It took a most of the first night to cool it down. Maybe turn on the upstairs A/C before guests arrive.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and well-appointed home. It had a great style and was perfectly located near pretty Lake Como. Walking distance some dining/drinking options and an easy drive from even more. The bed was comfy, the atmosphere was quiet. Exactly what we wanted! I look forward to returning, especially in a warmer months when we can make better use of the fenced yard. Thank you!
We really enjoyed our mini vacay Thanksgiving trip here. The moment we walked in we knew we found a great rental. The communication with the host was great. She was very responsive to any questions we had.
The house was immaculate and the rooms were all very spacious. Although there was only 3 of us, the house could easily accommodate two smaller families. We enjoyed the fenced in backyard with a fire pit. It’s surrounded in a quaint little neighborhood within a few hundred feet of Lake Como.
We would love to stay here again in the summer time to enjoy more of the outdoor activities around town.
Overall, this is a great home which deserves 10 out of 10 ⭐️!
Cleanest place I ever stayed! Kitchen and bathroom have all the basics and much more. House is in a quiet neighborhood and has a view of the lake. Would definitely stay here, again.
Molly was great to work with!! The house was very clean and it’s a great location! The backyard was perfect for our pups! Definitely will return to this location!!

I grew up in the Lake Geneva area and am happy to welcome visitors to explore all that this area has to offer.
Why they chose this property
The close proximity to Lake Como and the ability to go on a walk by the lake is what initially drew me to this property. In the summer time I love seeing everybody out walking dogs, riding golf carts, going for bike rides. In the winter time we have a front row seat to the ice fishers, ice boats, and ice skating rink on the lake!
What makes this property unique
Lake Como offers a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. We are a short 10 minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva, but also offer local bars and beaches within walking distance.
