The house and location were amazing! The host was very quick to respond to any questions. The house is well stocked. When we arrived there was a basket of fresh fruit on the counter and cold water bottles in the refrigerator. We will definitely stay here again.

It was a beautiful house and the views online of the lake do not do it justice because they are amazing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. There were little things like a bowl full of chips, apples and bananas that you just don't see everyday and the whole house enjoyed them.

We booked this home for a wedding shower and the host was so accommodating to the event. The house was absolutely perfect. The view is amazing and the home had everything we needed. Before checking out anywhere else, I highly suggest this fabulous vacation home here. Everything about the home is beyond exceptional! Beautiful home, great location, scenery is just marvelous, and the host made sure that everyone was ok and that we had everything we needed. The hosts are friendly and very communicative, love it!! From top to bottom, clean, clean, clean! My family enjoyed our stay and planning for next year's trip.

Home was exceptional! Exactly as posted. Very clean and had everything we needed.Neighbors were very nice an one neighbor even invited my 6 year old niece over for a little girls pool party. Family Getaway by the Lake

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. This has been, by far, the best VRBO experience to date. Absolutely zero complaints. Host is attentive and accommodating and the property is a dream! We had a birthday lunch and our guests did not want to leave. The views are amazing! The beach area was perfect for our 7-10yr old kiddos to play in safely. Great big house on the Lake

Lots of room to spread out when staying here. Quiet beautiful neighborhood near restaurants and grocery stores. Grill, kayaks, canoe available. Big porch to enjoy the lake view and sunrise

Beautiful neighborhood and house!!! Very basic/bare bones household amenities (bedding, towels, kitchen supplies). Would expect at least mid grade quality bedding, towels, kitchen supplies. Owners were excellent communicators and gracious hosts! Taking a boat ride with the neighbor was amazing, definitely would recommend hiring him for some lake time!

Thx Stacy for feedback - we will try to upgrade those items Kitchen supplies - thought we had all necessary items for Coffee/Tea, pots/pans, water bottles, beverages, snacks, spice rack - shelves are loaded with dinner plates/glasses including wine glasses Would like to know what was missing? Towels - have about 25 towels all washed for each stay 2 queen beds purchased at NFM I agree with you twin beds may need some upgrade In addition to the above added poker table/chairs

Our stay

Nice location and nice house. Needs more furniture and beds in secondary rooms are not up to the task. Master bed is good. There is no furniture in the bedrooms other than the beds. Need nightstands and dresser. Kitchen has minimal silverware and serving items like plates and bowls. Living room has a single couch for sitting and a coffee table. Lots of unused space throughout the house. Could be awesome with some attention to detail.

Best vacation Host. Ever

First of all the owner, Rojan!!! he is such a wonderful guy. Wordsdegeat me to describe him!!! I never knew that such people exist in 2025 he cares for his customers he committed to make sure that you have the best days ever. Secondly, the house is absolutely gorgeous. We had rented it to celebrate our son’s graduation from the air force training. It’s near the lake, large windows everywhere that gives you the best view of the lake. It’s big! it’s clean. The Neighborhood is quiet and upscale Neighborhood in Frisco. There is more than enough chairs in the house to fit more than 50 people, this by far is our best ever stay in a vacation home. Our friends and family are asking for the address for a future use. He had no complaints no regrets in fact one of our guest accidentally hit and damage the garage door frame and he told us to not even worry about it. Thank you so much, Rojan

The Perfect Lakehouse Getaway

This rental is by far one of the best we have stayed at. Our son’s 2nd birthday was this past weekend, and we invited family members from out of town. It is very difficult finding a place that will allow you to stay all day for a party that is cost friendly. Luckily, this host allowed us to have a small party for our son, and we were able to accommodate our out of town guests with a place to stay for the night. Check-in was easy, we were sent all the instructions and had no trouble getting into the house. The house was very clean, all the bedrooms were perfect and had ample space and furniture for us and our guests to enjoy, relax, and spend the weekend. The house was stocked with many amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, etc. The pantry was also stocked with many necessary items such as coffee, spices, cookware, dishes, etc. Despite the dust storm on Friday, Saturday the weather was perfect, and we were all able to enjoy the lakeside views and the enormous backyard. The patio furniture was perfect for sitting out and enjoying the sun and enjoying the peacefulness. The neighbor was also very friendly, and allowed us to fish from his private dock. Everyone enjoyed such a hospitable location and host, and we are looking forward to the next family gathering to be able to enjoy this house again.
