Communication with the host was great. Home is as advertised. Only complaint would be the availability and cleanliness of the pool. I think due to overhanging trees and nearby debris that it would be hard to maintain and keep clean on a consistent basis for guests. House was in a central spot for local golf (which was our purpose of the trip), and having 4 bedrooms was a huge plus for the price.
