Have a great vacation in our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium. This unit is located in South Kihei across from cove park, Charley young Beach, Kamaole 1,2 and 3, rated as one of the best all around beaches in Maui. You can safely swim ,surf, snorkel, picnic, walk, jog, play tennis and enjoy watching a dramatic ocean sunset. Also conveniently located within walking distance from restaurants, shops, markets, movie theater and entertainment.
Our Condo sleeps two to Three adults with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room . The private Lanai overlooks the tropical gardens. the front of the condo gives access to a court yard full of Hawaiian plants and flowers with a swimming pool in the middle. Gas BBQ are located next to the pool.
This condo also provides Air Condition with New 12000 BTU AC unit install on 5/31/16.
Tile floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, gas oven, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes and utensils. Linens, towels, phone, TV cable, WIFI internet access is also provided. Beach equipment includes chairs, umbrella, towels and large cooler. Keywords: Condominium

The location of the Kalama terrace is perfect. It is close to the most beautiful beach parks on Maui. It is within a walking distance of shops, restaurants and entertainment.

We enjoy the unique tropical garden of the complex. in the middle of the gardens there is a swimming pool that has been completely remodeled.

Really great location and exactly what I was looking for
Very chill local property
Not a fancy, stuffy condo. Really perfect apartment style.
We enjoyed our time at this apartment. Centrally located in Kihei. Best feature is the 5 minute walk to Charlie Young beach. Lots of eating places and groceries within walking distance. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.
Amazing condo and great location
The stay was great and so were Pat and Robbie. This was first visit and I am glad I stayed in south Maui. The amenities were good and so were the things in the condo. Love to come back again and stay here.Thanks for the Fresh flower Lei, my daughter loved it.
We enjoyed our stay, location was a 5 min walk to The North end of The Charlie Young Beach. Easy access to the highway, nice walk to stores and conveniences. The quiet and pool time of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am seemed a bit early. *Notes about the condo itself include appreciation for the many extras, lawn chairs, umbrellas, cooler, lots of towels etc, activity supplies inside and out. Suggestions include a bigger TV, a King size bed with updated pillows would be fantastic, the AC was working hard to cool the bedroom (yes there are fans), it wasn't clear that the laundry facilities are coin operated by the pool. The dishes and utensils could be updated, we found it difficult to find containers to pack lunches in. Overall a value priced stay with ease of initial entry and departure. Thank you.
Nice unit. Good Location.
We stayed for 4 nights here at the end of our island-hopping vacation. It is in a good location for access to good beaches. We had a car so we didn't walk but you certainly could and you might want to later in the day as parking near the beach gets crowded. There is free assigned parking which is really nice.
This is a basic unit that has everything you need. We were happy with beach supplies provided and there is lots and lots of kitchen stuff available for use. Others looking at this should be aware that it is an owner apartment and not a resort style accommodation. There is no safe in the room and you are fending for yourself for the most part. We had no issues and no questions so we did not interact with the owner.
Great spot. Francois is an attentive host. Made sure all was great. Responded fast to my needs as owner. I love staying here and looking forward staying again next year
