We had a lovely stay here! There are several grocery stores nearby, which was very nice. It was nice to be close to so many things (parks, shopping, and our event location) without being in the midst of it all. The neighborhood was quiet too. We’d definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful and was the perfect spot for a quick weekend during graduate school orientation! We had our dog with us for part of the weekend and loved the little touches in the home, such as the food and water bowl. We would absolutely recommend this property.

The space was so lovely and the kitchen was very well-appointed! We've stayed at a few rentals, and Clay and Angie really thought about everything to make the space useful and comfortable! We came to Chapel Hill for a wedding and the venue was only 5 miles away. It was very clean and sat in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were very nice. We brought our dogs and I would have given it a 10 out of 5 if it had a fenced in yard. Over all, it was perfect for what we needed

Christmas Family Visit
