This clean and well-kept three-bedroom, one-bath 1950’s cottage sits adjacent to the Cameron-McCauley Historic District toward the west end of Franklin Street in a small but lively city neighborhood. As an older home, it carries some vintage charm from the era: original character, cozy proportions, and a few quirks that come with the territory. We've made thoughtful updates throughout and take great pride in keeping it clean and well-maintained for every guest.

You have everything you need! Along with area attractions you’ll find a bustling local population including residents and UNC students coming and going from classes. Two bike paths cross directly into the neighborhood, so bring your bike or simply enjoy them on foot.

Chapel Hill is nicknamed, “Southern Part of Heaven''. It is home to the UNC Chapel Hill Tar Heels, the first state university, established in 1793. We hope you enjoy the updates we’ve made. Please make yourself at home!

A note on climate: The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, supplemented by window AC units in the bedrooms during the summer months to keep things cool and comfortable.
