Large, walk-in shower (no tub)
Stocked with backup shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a few extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, hand soap (Dove), liquid soap.
Thick, soft towels and bathmat provided. Shower chair also provided if needed.

Full Kitchen - no dishwasher (dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs, pots and pans, etc., are machine washed and sanitized between stays)

BBQ (charcoal, utensils provided) - once charcoal runs out you are welcome to purchase more, ash can provided
Patio table with 6 w/adjustable chairs for BBQ, lounging by the firepit, or simply soaking up the sun

Fire pit w/wood provided - once wood runs out you are welcome to purchase more

Dedicated Parking - 4 spaces:
Private driveway with additional, semi-private street parking available

Sewer System: Septic
Toilet paper and paper towels provided.
There is a dedicated biowaste container provided for personal hygiene and other such used product disposal.

Smoking: outdoors only and ash can provided for butts. There will be a minimum $100 charge for smoking in the unit.

Tamara was an amazing host. She went above and beyond. It was my wife and I's birthday weekend and she was super sweet and left us a gift. Totally unexpected, thoroughly appreciated. And she was very understanding when our pet sitter came down with COVID the day before we were supposed to go. She worked with us and got us rebooked. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a quick weekend trip to Tri-Cities. This place was great. No complaints. It was nice and clean and the beds were good. We had been there before and stayed in a hotel. Staying at the VRBO was better because my brother came down from Montana and were able to sit around and have coffee in the morning.

Amazing Weekend Getaway Spot!

As first time VRBO renters we could not have picked a better place or host!Our stay was amazing and Tamara our host was wonderful. She was so welcoming and attentive. She made the entire process seamless from the initial reservation through the entire stay.The house was clean, open and very comfortably fit all 6 of us. We had absolutely everything we needed for the weekend.The views of the river are spectacular and we were able to spend almost the entire day playing games in the yard and watching the activity on the river.Will absolutely stay here again!Tamara, thank you for opening your home to us and the wonderful weekend! Second Round

Traveled from Florida to give my brother a break from Mom Care and rented, it is a great place with fantastic river view. This is my second time with this property and happy to say everything was 5 star. Thank you for offering such a great place.

Weekend away

We met friends in Kennewick to bike. Location was great. Everything we wanted to do was less than 15 minutes away. Tamara was helpful and rooms were clean. Thinking we will make it an annual event.

Pickleball Tournament Trip

My girlfriend and I participated in a pickleball tournament in Richland and needed a place to stay. We have found that VRBO's are so much better than staying in a cramped motel room. Tamara's unit provided a great place to stay while not playing. The property was very clean and very comfortable. It was close to our venue and to many other facilities. Tamara could not have been more helpful and responded quickly if we needed anything. Too cold to enjoy the views but am sure that this would be a great place to sit outside when weather permits.

My Stay

Overall my stay was excellent. The host was amazing and made us feel welcomed. The property was perfect, you sat right above the columbia river but at the same time were minutes away from all basic necessities. I would recommend this property and would styay again.

A great getaway

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time at Sunny Sage Rivers! A very cozy home with great views! It’s close to everything. We never traveled more than 10 minutes from the place. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. The home has everything you need to have a relaxing weekend.

Last minute booking, better than a last minute hotel

Our mini group had been too busy to research hotels in the area before our trip. We booked this property on short notice. Richland was the intended destination, it wasn’t too difficult to get there from here. 3 adult women, we all had our own room, sharing one bathroom wasn’t too hard. The property could use more table space in the bathrooms and bedrooms to set things on. The property was especially clean the host was especially accommodating. Not too far from the frreeway. Easy to get to a local grocery store. It is a lower floor unit of a duplex, The host is above. No central heating, the space heaters did keep the place warm. The property is above a highway so a little noise below. There is a view of the river. Access to the property is thru an older neighborhood and near an active train track, neither seemed to be a bother. The unit being clean, the host being very nice and helpful made the stay very nice

Senior ladies getaway!

It was the perfect place for us to connect. We came from Montana, Oregon and Washington, so it was a “ halfway” place for us. We enjoyed the home, the outside area, and of course the view of the river.

Hello and welcome to my humble abode. My name is Tamara and I am your host for the duration of your stay in your own, separate floor with separate entrance, yard, and parking.
I decided to create this short-term and longer rental opportunity because the view and location is so wonderful, I just have to share it. We are known for our incredible sunsets and over 300 days of sunshine a year (at least as much sun as Seattle gets rain).
My floor is upstairs where my dog and I live.
My goal is to provide you with a most excellent stay so please feel free to contact me with your questions.

This is a very special and unique place that feels like country, but is minutes from everything! You have privacy around you, and bustle just a few miles away. There is no better Columbia River view than right here in my humble opinion. My guests agree!
If you love amazing sunrises and sunsets in the still of the morning or evening, this place will sing to your soul. Imaging kicking back in your dedicated yard and watching the symphony of eagles, hawks, American Pelicans, and so many more put on a show for you as they fly about their day.
Then there are the river cruises, fishing, water sports, and golfers to watch as they flit about their fun in the great Columbia River. All in the comfort of your quiet space complete with fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor eating area.
Boat, kayak, and jet ski rentals are also available along the river. The field across the street is a great place for dirt biking.

Columbia Park less than 5 minutes away by car and right in front of you by yard.

Built in one of the earliest neighborhoods (1950s/1960s) in Kennewick, this eclectic neighborhood boasts amazing views of the Columbia River and is probably the best kept secret in town.
A great place from which to watch the 4th of July fireworks, Columbia Cup Hydroplane races, Over the River Air Show, Christmas boat parade, and much more. The night lights are mesmerizing.
I do have a set of house rules I will gladly send you upon request or when you make your reservations. Confirmation that you've read and understand them is required.

Home away from home. Pull onto your semi-private road and into your personal oasis, complete with BBQ, fire pit, and lounging area from which to watch the amazing river activity. Unload from your private driveway to your private suite, just steps away. Motion lights ensure you never arrive to the dark.
Kick your shoes off in your 3-bedroom suite with your choice of a king or queen beds, complete with kitchen, basic cooking supplies, throws for wrapping up in, and a beautiful electric fireplace to make your space cozy and warm. Both the living room and dining area give you beautiful views of the mighty Columbia River and night lights. Play games, watch TV, get a little work done, or just relax and enjoy the view (my personal favorite).
When you’re ready for a good night’s sleep, crawl into your cozy bed with both soft and firm pillows; soft cotton sheets, blanket, bedspread, and plush comforter. Choose your own room temperature with your individual heat source complete with remote.
If you’re looking for tranquil, there’s no place like it.

Fishing, boating, golfing, river cruises, jet skiing, kayaking, river trails, restaurants/bars, entertainment, and shopping: we are just minutes from it all!
Spacious lodgings with full kitchen and microwave.

This property is located at the widest part of the Columbia River in the Tri-Cities. So much to see while kicking back and/or playing games & barbecuing in your dedicated yard. 4th of July fireworks are amazing!
There are 2 boat ramps in Columbia Park and a golf course (you can see from here) just minutes away (5-10) by car. While there are planes, trains, and a freeway; they are quiet enough not to interfere with outside conversations.
Eagles, hawks, ducks, American pelicans, geese, and others I'm only just learning about are plentiful (no hunting please lol) and put on quite the show.
Note: Award winning Canyon Lakes and Columbia Point golf courses are approximately 15 minutes by car.
