Relaxing 4BR + 3Bath Villa Sleeps 10, with FREE heated pool!

Our beautiful villa is located in a gated community, that is is very safe at all times of day, with a security guard at the gate 24/7. We are a short 7 miles from Disney World, and about 12 miles from Universal Studios. Also in close vicinity to many other attractions and shopping malls. This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom fully air conditioned home has an enclosed heated pool overlooking the beautiful lake. The villa is furnished and maintained to a very high standard. Free high speed internet access throughout the whole villa. The fully upgraded kitchen with all new appliances fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker/oven, and coffee maker. All 4 bedrooms have been upgraded with new beds, mattresses and bed sheets.
As a guest of Lake Berkley Resort you will enjoy all these facilities free of charge: fishing, tennis, basketball court, both indoor and outdoor gym, clubhouse, and children’s splash pool.
Our local management team is always available to assist you with and needs you may have.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed in the villa.

Nice house in a great community

Our stay was nice and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, most of what we needed was in the house. We especially loved the outside area and the pool. We loved the lake view and getting to see all of the ducks, ducklings and cranes. The community is close to shopping and great restaurants with easy access to go to any of the theme parks. We would definitely book to stay here again.

Great house, close to all the parks!

We all enjoyed our stay at this amazing Disney home! It had plenty of room and a nice pool in the backyard, which everyone enjoyed. Very close to all the Parks. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent Villa

The villa was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do and we felt very safe with it being a gated community. The fishing on the three lakes was great fun. Villa was exceptionally clean and had cleaning products there as well.

Nice house on a lovely estate.

Lake Berkeley Drive is on a gated estate which gives you and good sense of security. House is nice with everything in it to make your stay comfortable. We always chose this location as it’s easy to get onto the 192 where you can easily get to the theme parks, nearby restaurants and supermarkets.

Great property

The property was very clean and as advertised. Close to both Universal and Disney. The property owners were great and communicated back very quickly. The kids loved having a heated swimming pool.

Clean Home & A+++ Host!!!

My family and I travel to Florida each year for our daughters cheer and/or dance competition at DIsney. It is important that where we stay meets all of our needs as dealing with the children is stressful enough!!! Anoosha’s home was clean and comfortable with tons of natural light. Also, the neighborhood is a gated community whose grounds are well maintained and quiet hours respected. We definitely recommend Anoosha’s home for you and your family’s stay in Kissimmee!!!

Lovely Stay But

The villa was very comfortable and the outside pool area was very nice with comfortable seating overlooking the lake. It was an added bonus to have a heated pool. Unfortunately the cleaning of the villa let it down a bit. The bedside tables had cup marks and had not been cleaned in the main bedroom. The beside lamps were also dusty. The toilet in the en-suite should be cleaned around the fixings of the seat. There were new appliances in the kitchen and a super washing machine and dryer in the garage. This is no reflection on the owners as to the cleanliness of the villa as they would not be aware of these issues until pointed out by the occupants of the villa. Otherwise an enjoyable stay. Also our thanks to Anoosha who was very prompt with her replies to any queries that we had.

Lake berkley

We had a really nice time at your place. Upon showing up though we had to re-wash all dishes clean up floors Wipe down the fridge as it wasn’t that clean. Also we had to top pool up as soon as we got there as it was just reaching skimmer. There was lots of dust everywhere in the home which made our allergies spike up hard which made for uncomfortable sleeps. Overall it is a beautiful spot in a beautiful location but I would definitely be having a chat with your cleaner and pool people as i have a property back home I rent and would never let it get out of hand. In terms of the cleaning fee and what not I believed it should be refunded. That being said provided these issues were addressed and fixed we would love to come back to stay

Pros and Cons

One of the downfalls of my stay was: The pool was dirty with earth worms and when the owner sent someone out to clean the pool, they did a poor job. When contacting the owner to let her know it still wasn't clean, she got smart, flipped at the mouth about the issue. Told me to used the net to remove the worms. SMH. That's not how you conduct business and we wasn't able to used the pool. Which was a screen in pool. Other than that, the house was nice. The owner needs to put an iron and ironing board in the home for her guest. Have more consideration for the comfort of her guests.

Dear Tina, Thank you for staying with us and being our very first guest! We are sorry it rained during your three night stay which contributed to the earthworm issue. We did our best to remedy the situation. We did get the pool manager to come out within two hours of your first reporting and she sent us a picture of the cleaned pool and reported two earthworms collected from the pool. Due to more rain again three more worms had made it to the pool area which again after your reporting we had the pool manager out within a couple of hours to remove the worms and clean the pool, we were sent a picture of the clean pool again by the pool manager. To remedy the situation for our future guests, we did hire a professional to check for any small opening in the pool enclosure that would allow the earthworms to find their way in the pool area. We have not heard of this issue arising as of yet, and hoping it will stay that way! Also, thank you for your suggestion regarding the iron and ironing board, we have since ordered them!

Holiday to lake berkley

We arrived late and were disappointed to find nothing in the way off tea coffee milk bread at least enough for drink. we also found 2 dishwasher tablets and 2 for washing these to be used on checkout .The pictures show nice shampoo but only got 2 tiny sachets for 2 weeks. Found old dirty clothes behind bed. Sofa-beds not working, unplugged, umbrella broken, when we stripped the bed as asked found a highly suspicious yellowing stain on duvet which turned our stomachs. Overall, not a standard of luxury accommodation that we thought we were paying extra for, no hot tub as listed.Instructions given in house didn't match those sent on the last day and beware you will be asked to strip the beds, put all the towels on to wash, fill the dishwasher and empty the bins. All before the 10 am checkout that was a surprise message on the last evening - the bin days stated were probably the only days they didn't collect bins. One of the bathrooms has a rusty basin and generally unclean. Property manager seemed surprised we had a long journey, I assume not many people outside USA stay here. We managed to double the number of hangers in our room by buying 3 items of clothing! wifi quite good, security good (friendly) and the site is very nice.
