All the comforts of home!

Terra Verde will charge a $25 fee per electronic key-card for vehicles for fast access to the resort at the front gate. The pool heat cost is $20.00 per day and the Cleaning Fee is $125.00. On site property management company- Unique Florida Homes manages our home and takes care of all the cleaning and pool heat etc. as well as any issues they may arise during a stay.

Come relax, enjoy and rent this lovely & newly furnished, well equipped villa, which offers a 2 floor layout with the highest standards in mind; There are 4 bedrooms /3 bath villa with 2 Kings, 1 Queen and 3 Twins. Two of the four bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen televisions, and all bedrooms have 32" modern flat screen televisions. This luxurious villa has everything you need to experience the Floridian lifestyle. This villa has been updated with all the modern features one expects of a quality vacation villa together with a private pool which faces a conservation area that gets lots of sun and privacy. The pool was recently updated with new skim coat and tiles, pool heater, pool pump and pool light. Our villa has newly upgraded furniture, area rug, tile & wood flooring, great for hypo allergenic individuals, lamps, wall art & decorations and no expense has been spared to provide luxury at its best. The kitchen cabinets and counters have all been replaced with new taller soft close Cinnamon colored cabinets & drawers and granite counter tops throughout. A new wall mounted television in the dining room, all new remote control ceiling fans with lights were installed in all of the bedrooms. This villa is located in the beautiful Terra Verde Resort directly across the street, just steps from the main clubhouse. There is no better location to rent!

My wife Darlene and our daughter Dariya and myself Kevin are New Yorkers and now live in Florida! We decided to purchase here to be closer when visiting our daughter/son in law and grandchildren who live nearby and moved down to Florida from NY as well. We have been going to various areas and locales of Florida for the last 20 years. Terra Verde just feels more like home away from home for us. The staff are all friendly and helpful as well as accommodating, the resort feels comfortable and easy.

Why they chose this property

After looking through numerous resorts, it became clear that TV was a well managed, pristine and well run community, with families and children in mind.TV is a more upgraded and higher end community with superior amenities, staff and overall appearances. Terra Verde is High End Luxury Hotel Style resort with matching amenities.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefit of our community is the fact that the larger town home/Villas come with their own private 11' x 22' heated swimming pools, this allows you to make a choice between staying in the home or going to the larger community pool and meeting other travelers and owners alike. It is also very central to all popular restaurants, attractions, water parks and malls and shopping venues, theaters, fine dining and all types of restaurants. You are only 45 minutes of from the surrounding beaches of Daytona, St. Petersburg, etc. Pick one and go for the day. Attend a spring training baseball game of your favorite team, stadiums range in travel time and distance but are available.
