Woodsy Retreat w/ Hot Tub-Close to GRAND PARK

Relax with the Whole Family at this Peaceful Place to stay. Plenty of Room on the first floor to congregate. Nice BIG deck off Eat-in Kitchen area with HOT TUB and grill plus outdoor seating. Upstairs there is a Master Bedroom and 3 guest bedrooms. 1 Guest bedroom has 2 beds in it. Downstairs also has a sofabed. Lounge by the Gas Fireplace and big screen TV or take a walk on the Monon that takes you to Downtown Carmel or Westfield. Clay Terrance Shopping Center is also within walking distance!

Great place to stay

We had a great place to visit with family during a wedding weekend. The location is good for both Westfield and Carmel.

Brian and Diane, the owners, are originally from Toronto, Canada. They moved to Carmel many years ago and have been VRBO hosts now for several years. Carmel was their first introduction to the USA and they fell in love with the area and community.

Why they chose this property

Our Carmel house is close to all major restaurants and shopping centers. You can walk to Clay Terrace mall within 5 minutes and can also utilize the famous Monon Trail which runs many miles through Carmel and Indianapolis. The location is close to major sporting locations like Grand Park and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS).

What makes this property unique

Our property is located within the city but you will feel like you are in a northern forest when you sit on the back deck! We have the largest lot in our subdivision but it is totally secluded due to our forested backyard. You won't see the neighbours and can enjoy a fireside get together in our private forest. Our deck also has a large, professional grade hot tub for you to relax in after a busy day. Whether you want to BBQ on the deck, enjoy a fire in our forested backyard, sit by the fireplace inside or enjoy our hot tub, we welcome you to experience our Carmel home!
