A big negative for me was the room smelt like bleach. I wouldn’t want to stay here for more than 1 night. A positive is across the street has a good shopping center.

The location was great, and the room was clean. But the elevators made me nervous. One was out of service and the other seemed unsafe. There were no amenities here.

The room was clean and spacious. It was also even closer to our family than we thought. Our issue was that the walls were very thin and, though the place felt pretty empty, apparently everyone was staying very close together. We were woken up once an hour, all night long, on the first night. It also wasn't clear how to check in (as a non-traditional hotel reservation, I wasn't sure if we used the front desk)No complaints about the room itself and we would use it again in a similar situation.

Clean and cheap

This was one of the better Red Roof Inns that I ever stayed at. The room was very clean, had a refrigerator, microwave, safe, coffeemaker. Plenty of room for hanging or storing clothes, nice shower with plenty of hot water.

Common areas are a bit run down. Rooms have been nicely updated. Air conditioning unit was VERY loud. The stairwell near the front desk between 2nd and 3rd floors have a couple stairs missing the outer edge of the step, hazard on descent. Just across the street is a great shopping area with stores, coffee shop, grocery store and many restaurants…all within walking distance.

Not what we expected

The website showed a picture of a larger VRBO room with sofa, etc. It was a Red Roof Inn with a small room with 2 double beds. Not what we expected. Will read the fine print more carefully in the future.

Was not what was described in property details

The property was falling apart and very dirty.. the hot tub and pool listed in the amenities have not been in use in a very long time..its a storage unit now .. there house keeping did not clean our room for 3 days

The room was fine. I object to being charged $150.00 for a damage deposit. I did finally get a credit for that. I have never been charged for a damage deposit on a hotel room. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

A/C was adequate. GREAT water pressure and hot water!! Quiet location. Wish there were more than one entrance near an elevator. Everyone parked at the front since that's where the elevators are located. After coming in late, we had to park further away. Our stay was nice. We weren't bothered by other guests or staff noise. Would stay again.
