Great time, great location and great place!!! Check in super easy. Got in a few hours early. Clean and super nice. Very quiet area as it appeared OC was not super crowded. Place had lots of amenities cookware and any other items we needed such as cups ice bags, beach stuff etc. Would recommend this place and when we return, we will try to make this our first pick if available. Also, a nice little back deck that you can sit and watch some boats in the canal very peaceful.

Wonderful condo in a quiet location

The condo was all we could have asked for. The location is so close to everything but residential/quiet. Sweet, homey touches throughout the place and everything we could need was provided. The host was very responsive and helpful, even allowing us an early check-in to accommodate our arrival time. Highly recommend this place/host and will definitely look for this one for future trips!

Very enjoyable stay

This condo is a small 2 bdrm but was very nice for us to spend bike week. It was close enough to all the attractions but private enough that we could enjoy our quiet time. We would stay there again.

Cozy place

Everything was great from the moment we got there until we checked out. Clean, cozy and just the right amount of space. Plenty of towels, blankets and cookware . Anything you need they have it supplied. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay.

Just What We Needed

The place was fairly clean. Dont be alarmed by the items in the fridge and soaps in the bathroom. You will have to change your own sheets. The owner was very accessible and friendly. The walk to the boardwalk is robust but the location is central.

Lacking supplies & cleaning

Place was beautifully decorated &easy to walk to places BUT it lacked many items & proper cleaning expected in a rental. We had only 3 plastic plates,4 forks & no glass drinking glasses.(1)bad wok & fry pan(1)griddle pan &(1)6 cup pot to cook in.Couldn’t make spaghetti or any meal for that matter.No cookie sheet to use oven.No conventional coffee pot. Upon arrival the trash can smelled of marijuana & slippery floors. When we wanted to shower there was no hot water.Contacted VRBO cuz owner(J.Cavey) wasn’t responding to our messages.Unit had a Ring door lock to enter. Not sure if we were being monitored or not, but it was not stated in the listing. Spots of blood on bathroom wall & bed mattress cover.GROSS! Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this place with all issues we had to deal with. I left place cleaner than when we arrived but I should not have to clean for my vacation nor wash dishes everytime we wanted to eat.I had contacted the owner about plates, glasses and hot water issues while renting &she was not willing to help, only response was "There should be plates and cups in the cupboard"&"I will check the next time we are there"Unfortunately Jane did not want to help us or she would have sent plates/glasses via Amazon or at least, offered.I dislike leaving bad reviews but if it helps even one family from the same bad experience it’s worth the trouble.& as stated in another person’s review, we had to pay a cleaning fee although WE had to do the cleaning. Renter beware.

Summer Getaway

This was perfect for what I was looking for. It was close to the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed sitting out by the bay as well. Would definitely book again.

Perfect place!

This place was amazing! It was in a great location. It was clean and decorated super cute. It felt like home with their personal touches. Our son enjoyed being on the water and the toys inside. It was the perfect trip and we thank you for sharing your home.

Cleaning fee

The house was very nice. Location is good. Was charged a cleaning fee but there are instructions on the fridge about cleaning the place and it was evident that it wasn't professionally cleaned before we arrived. Of course we left it clean when we left, but I don't think I should have been charged a cleaning fee when we were expected to clean it ourselves.

Beautiful Condo/Perfect location

The condo was beautifully set up and ready for us. Communication with the owner was excellent! So many options to go and do with in walking distance but yet location is back on a quiet street.

Long weekend getaway

The pictures don't do this condo justice - very nicely updated and appointed, very clean. This is our first VRBO experience in Ocean City (have rented from Coldwell Banker for 10+ years) and everything was great. Jane was very responsive to my questions and we loved the easy check in via keyless entry. Nice quiet neighborhood close to boardwalk and restaurants. We appreciated the parking and bike rack right in front of the unit. Didn't have to bring every little thing with us, well stocked with the basics. Beds were comfortable and nice linens available to use. Thank you Jane!

Beachy condo near north end of boardwalk

This property is comfortable for a family but not more than 2 adults/3 kids. There is only dining space for two so you can cook but it’ll be a bit challenging to eat a family meal together in the unit. There’s a full kitchen and laundry plus a tub, and two parking spaces. The photos are accurate. AC works fine. It’s far from the epicenter of the boardwalk scene, so you’ll need to walk about 10 minutes to the tram station or pay to park downtown. It’s easy to drive in ocean city. There are a ton of bed linens in the closets and you’ll be able to find dishes, garbage bags, toilet paper, or anything else you need during your stay. Here are the things I wish were a little better: when we arrived, the beds were stripped and sheets were in the dryer. There are three different sized mattresses so it was really difficult to figure out what sheets fit on which mattress and make the beds. This was the first time I stayed in a VRBO rental where I had to make my own bed upon arrival so I’m not sure if that’s a downside or if it’s common and I’ve just been lucky. If you are arriving right at bedtime or naptime you’ll need to address that right away. I wish there were plug-in nightlights in the rooms/hallways which is essential for small kids or people in a strange place. Finally, some of the appliances, including the washer, the fridge, and the kitchen trash bin, need a good cleaning.

Hidden Gem!

I was looking for a spot to park our boat and I stumbled upon this property. It's in a nice and quiet community which is exactly what we were looking for. It is still close to all the attractions and the boardwalk was maybe an easy half a mile walk. The check in process was super easy and the property was cute and clean. We had an amazing time and would stay here again in a heart beat!

Great place to watch boats and walk to the beach!

We chose this place because it was on the bay, but only a few short blocks to the beach, and it was great! Our toddlers loved walking along the bay and looking at the boats. It's a bit off the path from the primary boardwalk, but only a short walk to the more secluded beach area. Great layout with 1 room having many beds for the kids and another with 3/4 bath and a queen bed. Would definitely stay again.
