Our home is professionally cleaned and pest-controlled. However, due to our location, you may occasionally notice outdoor insects or small wildlife (such as ants, spiders, flies, or squirrels).
This is common in the area and not unusual for homes in similar environments. If anything concerns you during your stay, please let us know and we’ll gladly assist.

Our home is located in a lived-in residential neighborhood. While it is generally peaceful, you may occasionally hear normal neighborhood sounds such as nearby pets, traffic, or lawn care.

This home was perfect for our family stay. Didn’t use the fire pit as it was so hot but the air conditioned home was very welcoming and comfortable. Had everything we needed and host communication was great. Definitely recommend.
This home was perfect for our trip to Caldwell for a family wedding. The decor was appealing, the furniture and beds were comfortable. There was lots of room to spread out and the added games and swing and firepit were bonuses. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the info binder was great.
So happy our family booked this place, close to town, lots of room, large back yard for dogs. Only thing i didnt like was there was not curtain for large slidding door into back yard. Except for that i give the place 5 stars
Really appreciated the great communication, a comfortable bed, and roomy house, the peach tree at the neighbors dropped over the fence. There were a couple neighborhood kitties that were friendly, and a nice treat of Apple juice and plenty of coffee and creamer.
I'm not sure the home had been vacuumed. We got dog hair all over our socks and pants. The weeping willow tree out back was overgrown preventing us from using the patio table. The bush out front was overgrown taking over the sidewalk to the front door. But beds were comfy and owners were easy to get ahold of and friendly. Good neighborhood.

listing is as pictured, clean and wife loved the decor. enjoyed the large backyard, as well as the air hockey table and dart board. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property and would stay here again 100%. Host is very responsive and took great care of us when we arrived and AC was not working. it was replaced within 1 day and host made sure to take care of us on that day so we wouldn't be sitting in a hot house.

Convenient location
The inside of the home is a nice layout and updated. We looked forward to sitting by the fire pit and it was surrounded by weeds taller than me. The yard needs a huge clean up. Very disappointing. Also the swing in the back needs to be fastened so kids will not fall off like my grandson did.
