This quaint little neighborhood is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. Close to shopping and great eats. This neighborhood provides its own private park in the center of this small circular subdivision. Each home has its own individual charm and character. You can enjoy a quiet evening stroll around the subdivision. This neighborhood is also close to a larger community park that has a large playground area for kids to enjoy and it is just a brief walk down the road.

This charming cottage that was built in the 40's boasting with all the convenience of the modern necessities but is full of charm and character. Original oak hardwood floors with coved ceilings and large windows bring the bright outdoors inside.
