Why they chose this property
This quaint little neighborhood is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. Close to shopping and great eats. This neighborhood provides its own private park in the center of this small circular subdivision. Each home has its own individual charm and character. You can enjoy a quiet evening stroll around the subdivision. This neighborhood is also close to a larger community park that has a large playground area for kids to enjoy and it is just a brief walk down the road.
What makes this property unique
This charming cottage that was built in the 40's boasting with all the convenience of the modern necessities but is full of charm and character. Original oak hardwood floors with coved ceilings and large windows bring the bright outdoors inside. Creatively decorated to accentuate the charm of this home, you will feel right at home with the comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Two living room areas to enjoy movie night or family game night, or a simple quiet night around the fireplace. Each bedroom includes an extra pillow and blanket. With the large backyard inviting you to enjoy the outdoors. A large patio area and a firepit provides a great escape in the evenings.
