Nice villa in the town of Aix-en-Provence with a direct transport bus right in front of the house in the heart of the city center.
Plot of 6000m², open and wooded, with a chlorine-free pool and a shaded relaxation area.
High-quality house facing south in a pleasant and natural setting. Large living area opening onto a terrace with a big pergola. 2 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms with double beds. 2 beds of 120 cm, 1 bed of 160 cm, and 1 bed of 180 cm. Plus a 120 cm extra bed on the mezzanine for a surprise guest. So potentially up to 10 people. First time on Abritel, the house was rated 10/10 on Booking last year.
