CHARLESTOWN OUR FIFTH SUMMER

Quiet Neighborhood located in Tockwotten Cove! Five minutes to Charlestown Town Dock. Bring your boat and park it easily in the circular driveway. The Air Conditioned house is a Chalet Style and sleeps 6 comfortably. The Main living area is on the second floor. The gradual stairs will take you to a covered porch . There are two bedrooms with a queen and two twins. Television in Living area and Full kitchen combined Dining area. A full bath with shower. The upstairs loft has two twin beds. The stairs to the loft are a bit steep as in Chalet houses. Using the back deck stairs, one can get to the first level which has only a casual sitting room and bathroom with a sink and toilet to use.. (There are no interior stairs from the upper level to the lower level. This house is actually a two family.) Great Restaurants in South County RI. Fire Pit and Grill. Thank You for considering.

Tucked Away Spot in Charlestown

We loved our stay at Laura’s place. It was tucked away in a nice neighborhood with an awesome deck and lovely landscaping. The inside was very comfortable, especially the beds! It was clean, tidy, and easy to settle into for a vacation.

Great vacation spot

This home was immaculate, very pleasant and had all amenities we needed. It is nearby to beaches, shopping, restaurants yet located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by tree. Our host, Laura was very communicative and replied immediately! We had a great time! Thank you!

Sweet Stay

Our stay was fantastic! It was a charming home. We looked forward to drinking our coffee on the porch in the mornings. The location is nice and quite. The beaches and wildlife reserve are just a short drive away.

Nice quiet neighborhood

2nd year renting this same house and just as good as last year. Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of low traffic roads to walk or bike. House works for our family size and needs.

This property was lovely. No AC in the bedrooms but lots of fans to keep the cold air moving from the main room AC units. Very close to the beaches. Outdoor shower huge plus. Laura thought of it all to create a wonderful rental space. Stayed with two young children and it was perfect for them.

Great house

House was great for our needs. Layout on 1st floor is different than a traditional 1st floor, but it was as described and it worked out for us. House was clean, neighborhood was quiet and great for walking or biking. Beds were comfortable! Front porch is very peaceful and great in morning and end of the day. Would definitively stay again! Cottage at beach

My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this cottage. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was decorated with a beach theme everywhere you looked. Lots of items like appliances and towels seemed to be new.

Lovely space

This was a lovely little house in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive to Charlestown town beach (about 6-8 minutes). The front porch was such a nice place to hang out and drink coffee in the mornings and the picnic table and fire pit made for fun dinners on the late side and hanging by the fire. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, plus a few thoughtful extras, which were generous and appreciated! The AC keeps the main space nice and cool, and the fans help move the air around very well, though we were there during a heat wave, and the bedrooms and loft did get warm at night, so if you can keep the doors open, it’s helpful! One thing to note is that while there is a full bathroom in the living area and a shower and sink in a downstairs room with a washer and dryer, there is only one toilet, and we had missed that in the description when we booked. However, Laura was understanding and apologetic about this, and we agreed that the 2 bath description could be confusing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and then interactions with Laura were positive. :)
