An Entire Private Studio Suite to Yourself!

NEVER A CLEANING FEE: Remodeled in 2022, the studio suite boast 600 sq. ft. of stylish, personal space with a spa-inspired bathroom, full-size European Liebherr refrigerator stocked with bottled water, beer, coffee, Kind Bars, and other breakfast items to help kick-start your day. French Doors open to quiet time in the outdoor sitting area--or grab a lounge chair and get a tan by the *pool. Blackout blinds ensure privacy and solid sleep on the new Nova Form mattress. A short drive or walk to the El Paseo Shopping District (AKA 'The Rodeo Drive of the Desert') is where you will find delightful shops and plenty of dining options. The home is divided in half: owner-occupied side and the studio suite on the other. The studiosuite has its own a/c and heat, so you can find the perfect temp for yourself. Keyless (punch pad) entry. *The property has a large pool that is only heated in the summer months by the sun. Guests are welcome, of course, to sit by the pool and enjoy the sun with a chill libation or take a nap...mi casa es su casa! NO PETS.

This was our second stay in this amazing suite and it was just as good as the first. I can't understate how lovely this place is and the attention to detail Jeff has put into the decor and atmosphere is top-notch. We were on the go a lot for our stay so unfortunately we never actually got to meet Jeff face2face. However, he was able to give us some really killer dinner recommendations! As for the Daddy-O Suite, the place was super clean, the shower was hot, and the fridge was cold. The neighborhood was quiet and made relaxing by the pool very comfortable. He's got a ton of chairs. My wife and I were joking that we'd have to come back just to try out all the places to sit ) The decor was really cool and added to the feeling of "getting away". What I really liked was how Jeff made available tons of the little things that you never think of while traveling. Having a to-go container and a bag to borrow saved time and worrying about little stuff. It really felt like we were being hosted and not just staying somewhere. Thanks Jeff!

Booked this studio for a lil getaway with my wife. We were both speechless with not only the home but how attentive, generous, and creative Jeff is! I’d find my wife just admiring all the artwork and looking up different items so that I can purchase for our home. I’m now having to buy the exact comforter and blanket for us. Plenty of shops nearby. We decided to cook at home and Jeff, sure enough, hooked us up with the bbq and supplies- and A1! We will definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay. The suite is fully stocked with every item a traveller needs, including a large variety of snacks and breakfast foods. One of the best places I've stayed at. There is so much character, charm and fun in this place. Lots of color, lots of thoughts put into it, and the one word that comes to mind is generous. Jeff has generosity of spirit, and it shows in every aspect. I felt so comfortable staying in his studio. His communication is fantastic. He even offered early check-in and late check-out. He also asked me if I wanted something from the store before (yes, before) I arrived to the studio. The fridge is stocked, and the rest of the studio has everything one needs. What an unforgettable and amazing stay! Loved every minute there.

We stayed here for 5 nights, and I'd give it 10 stars if I could. The suite is beautiful, FULLY stocked with just about everything you could ever need (including snacks and drinks) and it's in a great location in a beautiful neighbourhood. Jeff is a fantastic host who goes above and beyond to provide not only an exceptional space but also a personal touch to make you feel very welcome without feeling like your privacy is infringed upon. Nice golf getaway

Clean, safe and private. Phil and Jeff are excellent owners. They are very attentive and friendly. They made me feel welcomed. Their attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend staying with them for any event or getaway your doing. No regrets here.
