The home is divided in half: owner-occupied side and the studio suite on the other. The studiosuite has its own a/c and heat, so you can find the perfect temp for yourself. Keyless (punch pad) entry. *The property has a large pool that is only heated in the summer months by the sun. Guests are welcome, of course, to sit by the pool and enjoy the sun with a chill libation or take a nap...mi casa es su casa! NO PETS.
