About this property

Remodeled-2/1 just blocks from the lift-labeled parking spot

This condo is just blocks from the lift and walking distance to all the local restaurants, grocery store and outdoor summer music events. Enjoy biking, hiking, fishing and skiing and all the outdoor local fun. Then in the evening enjoy a cuddle by the fire, a glass of wine and family game night! Smaller complex for more private/quiet stays.
My mother and daughter live nearby. I commute from Texas regularly. Someone is always available to come to the property for any issues within about 20-30 minutes. We often have extra things you might have forgotten-like sleds or goggles. Just text and we will try to help where and how we can.
Two blocks from lift-shuttle drop off/pick up just on other side of the street from numbered parking space. One block walk to restaurants and rental shop.
Parking is a private marked space. There are two guest spaces directly to the right of our space. Walking the neighborhood is easy. During winter months a shuttle runs around the resort-pick up is just across the street from our space.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay there! The only thing to report is that one of the throw blankets on the couch had cat hair. I wanted to report it and to assure you that we did not have any pets with us. Other than that, we were pleased with everything else. Thank you!

Location and condo were perfect for our family of 4 for our ski trip. Lisa was a great communicator that gave us good tips on our stay. Wifi allowed us to all unwind after the day. Highly recommend!

Roomy 2 bedroom condo super close to ski rentals and the mountain.Listing says the condo was recently remodel, but I think this is a listing description from a while ago.Great TV, nice washer and dryer, comfortable beds and a couch big enough for a grown man to sleep on.The Proporty Manager is very responsive.

Great place to stay! It was clean, and we’ll furnished. Communication with Lisa was top notch. The “Cougar” shuttle stop was right across the street, and made getting to the lifts a breeze. Will not hesitate to book again. It was nice to be able to bring our dogs with us too!

Great Location, Tons of Extras

This property was in a great location and was nice and clean! The host thought of everything and had all the extras we might need during our stay available for us ready and waiting (coffee, extra blankets, pillows, towels, laundry detergent, games, guides, etc)! It all really enhanced our stay. The host was in communication with us constantly as needed and wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again! Quick 4-day trip

Easy booking, great communication, very flexible & accommodating. Smallish, but everything we needed for a family of 4 (2 young kids) for a quick 4-day ski trip. Close to ski base & lifts. Easy to find & easy access to mail road in-&-out of resort area. My only complaint, such as it is, is the mattresses are too hard. But that is personal preference and not a failure of maintenance. Plenty of towels, pillows & blankets. Overall a solid option & we'd stay here again.

Pros: Location, Beds were comfortable enough, Nice size TV in Living Room.Cons: Older building (which management can't help), smelly hot water like rotten eggs (was told later that all of Angel Fire has this problem and running for 5-10 minutes would have helped but that would have been to know beforehand since we checked out without showering). Also, no TV in bedrooms and furniture seems older and creeky. Living room sofa was hard. Other than that, we love Angel Fire and the nature of the area. There was a large group that checked in late at night in the condo above us and you can clearly hear their footsteps and them dragging chairs or luggage accross the floor above us. Again, not management's fault though.

We had a great stay at this condo

Communication with the host was good. She provided very helpful info & answered questions we had. The location was perfect having a shuttle pick up/drop off directly across the street & still being a 5 min walk to the resort if you wanted that option. Also very close to grocery store & pizza place. My only negative was that I would have liked to have had a few more kitchen items being that we cooked most meals there. There are only small skillets so cooking certain meals for 4 people was tricky. The can opener did not work & we had to use a knife. We could never figure out where trash dumpster was & even asked that question. We had dog waste to throw away daily & had to keep it in a bag on the ground next to our car each day. Bring as many grocery items as you can. The store there is very expensive & crazy busy all the time. The couch in the living room is a small futon. It did not fit our family of 4.

I am a college professor (Nietzsche) and my brother (real estate attorney) grew up coming to Angel fire. My daughter came here every year of her child hood and we want to share those great experiences and memories with others.

Why they chose this property

Location is key when you have kids to shuttle back and forth. This property and its location to the mountain and the shuttle/restaurants etc saves parents so much time---and maybe leaves time for their vacation too! A smaller condo complex also adds a measure of safety with kids.

What makes this property unique

Marked parking space! Small complex makes for quieter visit and easier ins and outs. Directly across the street from the shuttle pick up.
