Cute, clean, lodging, conveniently located yards from Knudson Cove Marina. This fully furnished and equipped lodging features 2-bedrooms, 1-bath with washer/dryer. The full kitchen houses all necessary appliances and utensils to prepare any meal desired and includes a drinking water dispenser. You can grill your fresh fish on the Weber gas grill on the outside patio. The 3 minute walk will connect you with Knudson Cove Marina, Ketchikan Public boat launch, and a handful of activities including ocean kayaking and zip-lining or simply sitting by the fire and watching the charters dock. A short drive will take you to Clover Pass Resort, Salmon Falls Resort, Settlers Cove and the trail heads for Lunch Creek and Coast Guard Beach. Since we are also associated with a fishing charter business, this lodging is set up for the avid fisherman and includes a freezer for your fish.

Great location & fair price

The location of this rental is great! It’s right by Knudson Cove Marina. This unit has a few other units attached to it which we’re under construction so it was a little noisy at times, and although it certainly got the job done, it wasn’t built for a luxury stay. Like I said in the title, I think the price we paid for this rental was fair. The hosts live in another unit attached to the same house and we’re very kind and helpful.

A Good Choice

The property is in a nice area and although it is close -in, you will need a car. The property has everything you'll need, is clean and nicely appointed and the owners are very nice and ready to help and answer any questions. You will be pleased with your stay here.

We sincerely enjoy hosting our guests from all over the world. It is a pleasure to visit with different people, and share our experiences and adventures in Alaska. Since this part of Alaska is considered the fishing Capital of the world we have fishing stories to share. We are also associated with a fishing charter business. You don't have to fish with us to stay at this lodging facility, but we do have fishing charters available so you can contact us to see what might be available.

Why they chose this property

This location is very close to the marina and the boat launch. This makes it convenient for people staying with us who want to fish. At the marina there are charters, boats for rent if you want to go yourself, or for the fisherman who brings his own boat. Launching is very convenient. In addition, we have freezers for your daily catch.

What makes this property unique

This lodging is set up specifically for people who want to fish; however, you don't have to fish to stay here. There are plenty of other things to do.
