Alex came to Ketchikan in February of 1998 under a contact from the local hospital from Detroit, Michigan and never left, once he caught his first salmon. He was hooked, just like you will be.
Settling into the Clover Pass area, eleven miles north of town, to be closer to the docks and closer to the fish was a decision that lead him to open his property to the world and to share his love of fishing and Alaska to anyone who wished to come visit.
