Amazing Palmilla Beach house, ideally located just steps away from the best amenities in Port Aransas. Enjoy lounging at our pristine beach in beach chairs under Palmilla Beach umbrellas with food/drink service only a five-minute walk. Two community pools heated during our winter months, one with a swim-up bar is around the corner, a short two-minute walk away. The community gym, golf course, and some of Port A's most satisfying restaurants are a five-minute walk from your door. If you don't want to walk, load up in the six-seater golf cart included with your home to zip around even faster and easier.

After a fun day at the beach, slip into the refreshing private cocktail pool under your covered terrace or turn up the heat and use it as a spa year-round. Rinse off the sand at the outdoor shower and step right in. Your grill master may already be cooking dinner on the propane grill at the edge of the courtyard.

All of the toys are included with a 6-seater golf cart, X-box, three great TVs with Cable, a foosball table, and more.

This three-story home with beach resort-style amenities is the perfect headquarters for your next getaway. You'll love the modern beachy vibe, and each of the 5 bedrooms has been professionally decorated, displaying a unique personality. Four of the five bedrooms are en-suites with their own full private bathroom, and the fifth bedroom has a full bathroom right across the hall.

From the two upper decks (one with an outdoor dining table), you'll enjoy peek-a-boo ocean views between the only row of houses between you and the water. The gourmet kitchen makes meal prep a breeze with high-end stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, and a wall-mount range hood. The house also has a top-of-the-line washer/dryer and two full-sized refrigerators on separate floors for convenience for the whole family. This house is a perfect place to host family.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
The pool can be heated and used as a spa.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Two security cameras - one at the front door and one at the back. 

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
