From the moment we opened the door we were amazed. House keeper was there and the place was spotless. She was very kind and accommodating . We did have an issue with broken equipment i.e. pool heater and internet box, but the moment we told Colin he was on it and it was fixed. Pool was warm and we used it almost every day. House was well stocked. We grilled out and enjoyed the screened in pool area and lanai. Neighborhood was friendly as we walked dogs frequently. Thank you Colin and Andrea

The home was exactly like the pictures! House was clean and spacious. We had a great stay. Loved the pool and backyard area. There was everything in the kitchen from cooking utensils, spices, appliances, plates, cups, and dish soap. Restaurants and the Walmart were super close.

We are unsure where this review came from. Our home is absolutely clean and our pool is most definitely heated. We were contacted by this guest on a number of occasions and not in a pleasant manner either. We offered resolutions which were of course refused, instead there were repeated lies about the condition of our home and pool, and the temperature. We proved that the pool balance and temperature were well within the expected range but this guest would not be happy and we knew the pool was heated. Images were provided by the guest claiming issues, however these were proven to have been taken days after their arrival, this was proven to VRBO but this review still stands for some reason. Our home is, and was, presented as per in the photos on the listing, A property with a perfect 5.0 score, but this guest has lied about our property and the condition of it.

Great Stay

House is as advertised (well stocked and no need for anything else) is perfect for a family. Not far from the beach and the pool is great. Location for us was perfect as we were only a 1/2 mile from our family.

Nice quick getaway

This place was perfect for our quick getaway from a horrific winter up north. The pool was inviting and relaxing. Close proximity to Jensen beach and the quaint downtown. Communication with the host was top notch and everything described is what you get. No surprises.

Wonderful spacious home

Such an enjoyable stay. The screened lanai and heated pool with fountain was such a luxury. The large kitchen was a joy to cook in as it was stocked with everything you need. The location is amazing as it is close to shopping, beaches, and an outstanding seafood market.
