Welcome to your perfect Ocean City getaway! This spacious townhome on 16th Street is ideally located just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, making it an excellent choice for families and groups looking to be close to it all.

This beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome offers plenty of space and comfort. Built in 2009 with numerous upgrades, it features two master suites—including a convenient entry-level master—plus an open-concept layout that gives everyone room to relax. Step out onto the second-story balcony to enjoy an ocean view, or gather in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a standard coffee maker, and feel right at home.

The entire townhome is yours to enjoy, with ample space for your group. Linens and bath towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee (toiletries are not provided).

You’ll be within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, Starbucks, Dunkin’, and more. With a bus stop located directly outside and parking available at the townhome, you can leave your car behind and easily access all the main attractions.
