The home is located within 5 min from major highways. 15 min straight drive on Sunrise Blvd directly to the beach, 15 Min to FLL airport, Sawgrass mills mall, Hardrock hotel and casino, Las Olas. The location is fantastic. Not walking distance to anything but a quick drive to get anywhere. 5 min to Plantation preserve golf club, less than 10 min to Jacaranda Golf club.
Plenty of parking, it is advised to rent a car or you will need UBER or LYFT as there is no public transportation nearby.
Early checkin and late checkout are not guaranteed to be available. If they are available, you may make a request, and there is a charge of $350 for either early checkin or late checkout.

This House is Complaint with all Licenses, Certificates and Permits from The City of Plantation and the State of Florida.
1. NO Smoking is allowed indoors. Smoking is only allowed on the outside of the home, provided that all the doors and windows are closed. There will be $2,000 penalty for smoking indoors plus the cost of any damages and odor removal. We have sensors located indoors to detect the smell of smoke.
2. No pets are allowed. A cleaning fee of USD $500 will be charged to anyone caught bringing a pet into the home.
3. Maximum Occupancy is strictly enforced based on Florida Statutes.
4. Noise Disturbance should be avoided, and guests need to be respectful of their neighbors. We have noise detection devices indoors and outdoors.
5. Please keep in mind at this location. No parties are permitted. This will cause termination of your stay with no refund.
An additional cleaning fee may be applicable.
6. Please place trash in the garbage bin outside.
• Guests are expected to maintain the accommodation in the same condition as upon arrival. Please throw trash away upon leaving
***We have a bbq grill available if you plan on using a grill. Please let us know before arrival, and there is an extra 25$ cleaning fee for use.

CHECK OUT IS AT 11:00 AM Est In order to properly clean for our next guest(s), any clients that stay past 11:15 will be charged an additional $50 per 15 minutes.

- We do not allow any kind of weapons. No illegal drugs or activities.
- Accidents : When traveling, please purchase insurance. We are not responsible for accidents that might occur when you are visiting us. We are not responsible for the cost of recovery from these accidents.
- POOL- There is no lifeguard on duty. Play and swim at your own risk. You fully intend and choose to waive any and all claims that you may have towards the owner and manager, release the owner of any and all liability and hold them harmless for use of pool or other amenities. Children may not be left unattended in the backyard, please keep all doors and windows closed and children protected from having access to the pool without adult supervision.
Local Laws: We are required to share this with you so thank you for the patience with the long list of items.
Parking:
Maximum number of vehicles allowed to park at the house is 8 parking spaces. Parking on the grass or street is not permitted. Sketch is provided at the property.
Noise:
No loud noise outside after 10PM - 7AM. Any noise complaint after this hour will result in a violation fine by Plantation Police. City ordinance requires this property to be equipped with a noise level detection device Pursuant
to Chapter 16. If noise exceeds the following sound levels Day: 55 dBA Night: 50 dBA. House manual showcases the location of noise detection device in according to local laws.
*This does not mean you cannot be in the pool area after 10PM. It means to be mindful of the noise and enjoy yourself properly*
Sexual Offender Notification:
It is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence when located within the applicable zones
