About Lindsay Laurello

In May 2016 I graduated from Syracuse University, and then was faced with a huge question, "What do I do now?" I have always considered myself indecisive when it comes to making big decisions, so I asked myself this question, "If I had just one more day to live, where would I choose to spend it?" And that leads me to where I am now, living in my hometown with all of my family. Since I've come home from college, I have bought a house and remodeled it, bought a corgi (Who else loves corgi's as much as I do!?), and everyday I continue to learn the in's and out's of property management.

Lindsay Laurello purchased this house in 1991

Why Lindsay Laurello chose Geneva

This home was a full time, year around rental. Once the family moved, it was in need of renovation, and it was a natural fit for a vacation rental.

What makes this house unique

The beautiful vineyards surrounding the property. The property is located on a working farm, with 48 acres of Vinis Lambrusco (Concord grapes). Beautiful patio and fire pit overlooking the vineyards.

The farmhouse was perfect for our girls get-a-way winery weekend.

  • 5 of 5

The farmhouse offers plenty of sleeping space for our large group. We enjoyed having our coffee in the morning on the beautiful back patio with the grape vines providing a great view.

Being right next door to one of our favorite wineries is an added benefit!

Love, love, love this VRBO.

We rented the house for a little family get away. The house is spotless, the rooms were beautifully decorated. It was very cozy. I would definitely go back. An added bonus is that laurello winery is next door!

Huge house, great location.

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for mom's 80th birthday celebration. The home was immaculate and charming. Huge amount of space - especially in the Man Cave room, with large, comfy sofa seating. The charm of the house is intact, but updated for today's comfort. LOVED the claw-foot bath tub in the upstairs bathroom. Great location for visiting the many wineries - one of which is immediately next door. If there was any downside, it was that the house literally shares a parking lot with the winery. But it was not disruptive to us and the other side of the house looks out onto the field of grapes. Lindsay was responsive and helpful. Recommend!

Perfect Spot in the vineyard

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I visited the area to attend a reunion and see family. We have visited the area before many times, but this was our first experience at the Farmhouse. We will definitely return here. The house was very comfortable, well equipped, clean and well maintained. The area was centrally located for all of our activities. Our busy days were met with a quiet evening in the swing overlooking the vineyard. Lindsay was very accommodating and quick to respond to any concern we had.

We loved our stay and will look forward to returning!!

One of our favorite places to spend time

  • 5 of 5

Our two families (one from Chicago, one from New York) have been meeting in Geneva, OH to spend a week together for the last 8 years. We have stayed at this farmhouse for most of those years, and it always feels like coming home. The big table is perfect for our eight people, the house is clean and well-maintained, the vineyards are lovely. It is a hidden treasure. Highly recommend!

Friendly & helpful owner, clean & convenient home

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for a weekend and had a great experience. Lindsay was helpful and accommodating and quickly resolved an issue that came up when we arrived (which was circumstantial, no fault of hers or the property). The house allowed us to enjoy our vacation by providing ample sleeping space and common areas, especially the "Man Cave," which we admittedly used for both genders - since it's not part of the original home, people who were up early or late were able to be as loud as they wanted there without disturbing those who were still sleeping. The location was very close to expressway, gas/grocery, and our destinations, and being steps away from the winery and restaurant had its perks too. Reserving for next year!
