The location and the amenities were super. This was our first ever VRBO stay. We honestly did not know what ti to fully expect. We are sold this over a hotel when it’s an option. We were able to stay and relax in a “house” versus a hotel lobby….huge difference!!

Fun stay

It was not the location we desired, but it was a wonderful place to stay. Our puppies enjoyed the park and the stairs. We enjoyed having them with us on vacation.

Perfect place for the whole family

Stacy’s property is a great place to stay if visiting IC with pets. It was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. We felt very much at home with our family and dogs. The location is great for long walks and near an enormous dog park

Great Iowa Place

We booked this for a weekend visit for our daughter to the U of Iowa campus. Perfect location just off campus in a nice quiet neighborhood. Also loved the dog friendly atmosphere and proximity to a great dog park. Great place to stay while visiting your college kiddo or just wanting to get away.

Beautiful Condo Great Location

This place is amazing! Super clean and a lot of space. Perfect location near Iowa City if you have things to do downtown and/or on campus. Very pet friendly if you have a dog.

This property is beautiful, comfortable, the pictures are very accurate. We were so happy and felt so comfortable. This neighborhood is wonderful and dog friendly. We loved it and will definitely stay again.

Gorgeous space, very warm and inviting. Well equipped for our 2 dogs, we loved being able to walk them just a few minutes to the dog park to run around. Very clean.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily book again. The location was a highlight, especially traveling with our dog — being right next to the park made daily walks effortless, and the dog-friendly features were a real plus. The home itself was well maintained and tastefully decorated, and the two king bedrooms were a rare and welcome find for our extended family. The rooftop patio was our favorite spot; we ended up out there every evening.A few small things would have made the stay even better. A remote garage door opener would be a nice upgrade, since we had to get out and use the keypad every time we came and went. The outdoor garbage can was also completely full when we arrived, which left us little room for our own trash. And the second bedroom didn't have room-darkening curtains, so the morning sun came in pretty strongly — blackout curtains there would be a great addition.Overall, the thoughtful setup, great location, and comfortable layout made this a great choice for our family, and we'd recommend it — especially for groups traveling with pets.

Perfect Location

Perfect location and beautiful home. In a quiet clean dog friendly neighborhood. Walking trails and a great dog park are at your doorstep. Incredibly close to campus. The home has everything you need and is comfortable and decorated 5 star comfort. The extra blankets and fireplaces really make it special. Kitchen is top notch. We will be back. Thank you!!!!

Great location, Clean Home, and Very Accommodating

Our stay was great. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The location was fantastic with a coffee shop, dog park, and grassy area within walking distance. Both bedrooms were spacious and the rooftop deck is really nice.
