Why they chose this property
Lower Greenville is a quaint neighborhood, filled with a robust scene of bars and an ever-increasing number of noteworthy restaurants. The streets are always buzzing with activity, especially at night with its exciting nightlife scene. The perfect spot to keep the high-energy going after a show at the Granada Theater just up the street within easy walking distance.
What makes this property unique
Home to the largest St. Patrick's Day parade and block party in the Southwest, Lower Greenville Avenue encompasses a long stretch of road in East Dallas that runs north of Ross Avenue to Mockingbird Lane. The Lower Greenville Avenue area is a casually hip neighborhood boasting an ever-growing crop of eclectic shops, laid-back watering holes and delicious dining gems. Day or night, Lower Greenville Avenue is one of Dallas' neighborhoods that should be on every visitor's list.
