Walk to renowned restaurants. No parties. Quiet hours 10PM.

Keyless entry

There is the main home which consists of the first master bedroom (queen bed),the second bedroom (has two queen beds) two smaller bedrooms (queen bed in each), a living room (with a 86-inch tv and Mrs. Pacman arcade game) (Nintendo Switch with 4 controllers, Lets Sing 2025, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Smash Bros, Super Mario Party, Paper Mario, Super Mario Bros U Deluxe, and Overcooked!2), a laundry room, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is one full bath with a tub in the master bedroom. And a full bathroom with a shower for the other three bedrooms. There is a small desk with a chair in the master bedroom.

The attached casita consists of a combo living room/kitchen area (with a 86-inch tv) and a staircase that leads to the second large master bedroom (with a 60-inch tv). The casita is connected to the main house, has its own entrance, backyard access, and can be locked to the rest of the house for extra privacy if wanted. There is one full bathroom with a tub in the upstairs second master bedroom. There is a desk and chair in the living room/kitchen. Also, there is a 7-foot dining table in the living room/kitchen which converts to a ping pong table and a pool table.

Large backyard has great patio furniture, large day bed, propane BBQ, putting green, large pebble tech pool, pool basketball hoop/ball, and a dining table

All the TVs have Roku and are subscribed to YouTube TV (85+ live channels) and Hulu ad supported streaming

The house has two sets of washers and dryers, and two dining tables.
The house is kept very clean and loaded with everything you need. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, bed linens, board games, jumbo Jenga, Spikeball, cornhole, ping pong, toasters, microwaves, a toaster oven, golf clubs/balls, gas ranges, fridges, pots, pans, spices, oil, cutlery, can opener, cups, mugs, plates, outdoor BBQ, Nespresso pod machine with pods, air fryer etc.

7 minute drive to treasure island which is only 2.9 miles away
3 minute walk to some great Chinatown restaurants but still tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood

It was a fantastic experience! The host was very helpful throughout the week, asking us if everything was going well, if we needed anything, etc.. The range from the strip to anywhere was the best part (aside from the pool, mini golf, and other amenities). Definitely will be staying here again!

Golfing trip

Good property! We knew the hot tub wasnt working but we mainly came to play golf in the local area. Host was very accessible and easy to deal with. Check in was flawless. Check out was easy. I would do it again if we come back to Las Vegas!

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful home for six nights with four teenage boys. We traveled to Las Vegas for a basketball tournament at the Convention Center and this home was the perfect fit for us! It is a 5-15 minute drive to most places (the Strip, Convention Center, Chinatown, malls, stores, etc.) and the neighborhood was quiet. The house is spacious, with everything we needed available. The boys loved the pool! Amos was so very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed staying at his house, and if we are back next year, hope his house will be available again.

Great stay

Age 70 golfers that needed 5 bedrooms. Jacuzzi not working. Two bathtub showers are slippery. A rubber mat would solve the issue. Lots of space, 2 refrigerators, two washer/dryers, and a nice outdoor area and pool. Smoking ok outside. Overall a great fit for us and close to many restaurants.
