The check-in was easy. The host communicated very quickly when we had questions. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home is beautiful and comfortable. We loved the comfortable beds and pillows. The home had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here, and we hope to be back.

This is a great property. Idea for a family getaways. The backyard kitchen was nice and clean even though we did not use it. I would come back with my family again when in Las Vegas.

The house is very spacious, but also very cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet with grocery and restaurants close by. The Las Vegas Strip is a short Lyft ride away. We picked the perfect house for our family vacation!

Perfect property

Great property, easy check in and check out. Perfect stay for what we were looking for. Less than 15 minutes from the airport and the strip. Stayed with a group of 5 friends, all the bedrooms were great, the common spaces were fantastic for hanging out together, and the backyard had everything you could want.

Large house with lots of room. Great outdoor area. Pool was still a little cold but I imagine it’s great once the summer is full on. Would definitely recommend this property.

Cons: we stayed for thanksgiving & couldn’t cook since oven wouldn’t stay lit & kept throwing error code, messaged host never received a response, master shower drain backs up so you have to stand in dirty water, WiFi sucks could watch TVs in any of the bedrooms, front key pad is old & difficult to use, missing chairs at kitchen table that were pictured, HUGE RV parked in front of house entire stay, pool cue heads defective, house was dirty at check inPros: beds/pillows were comfortable, plenty of beds

The house was not clean upon arrival, and the condition did not reflect the listing photos. The refrigerator filter needs to be replaced, as indicated by the red warning light, and the air filters were very dusty. Additionally, there is no drain stopper in the master bathtub, leaving the tub unusable.

Dream Pool Property

We rented this property mostly for the pool due to being isolated during the pandemic with no pools open. The house is impeccable and the pool is a dream!! Ashley was also a delight to deal with. Wonderful experience all around!

Great neighborhood and host, beds were very comfortable. Great location. Love all the inside furniture. I do think the outdoor furniture could use upgrades and I would say the house is alot older than the pictures make it look. The house itself could use some upgrades for the price per night. Holes in the wall, cracks from paint, old carpet.

A Bachelorette's Paradise.

My bridal party and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley's property. The house was beautifully decorated with more than enough room for the six of us. The kitchen had all the necessities. The pool was our favorite spot to spend our days lounging before we'd take a quick Uber to the strip in the evening. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Ashley!

All four of us enjoyed our visit. The home was very comfortable and reasonably close to the events we had planned. For future guests, recommend providing at least one box of cleanix, napkins/paper towels and salt/pepper. We would definitely consider this home for another visit, possibly when the weather is warmer and the swimming pool not so cold.

Beautiful spacious home with lovely backyard

We greatly enjoyed our girls weekend at this property. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and the bathrooms are clean and updated. The kitchen area is spacious although I wish there had been more silverware and basic kitchen supplies (bring your own salt and pepper). The owner Ashley was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, we did have a very negative interaction with the Property Manager, and I’m really hoping Ashley rethinks having him speak to clients. Overall, I would recommend this property, especially if you have a larger group. Very easily accessible to the airport and the strip.
