You can't top the location with direct access to ATV/UTV mountain trails, 1 mile from the marina, a short walk to downtown restaurants and groceries. The pickleball courts are just across the street. This home comes with a fully stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a media room, and a comfortable living space, making it the perfect place to make memories for your vacation.
The space
This amazing townhome has plenty of room for everyone! There is a large family room and media room for everyone to enjoy, each with 65" smart tvs so your guests can spread out and enjoy your own entertainment. Each bedroom includes a 50" - 55" smart tv along with extra cozy blankets.

Master Bedroom: King bed (sleeps 2)
Upstairs Bunk Room: Triple bunk bed (sleeps 3), Double full bunk bed with twin-sized trundle (sleeps 3)
Upstairs Bedroom: King bed (sleeps 2)
Downstairs Bedroom: Queen bed (sleeps 2)

THE BATHROOMS
There are 3 total bathrooms (2 upstairs, 1 on main floor). Each bathroom has a shower, the master bathroom also has a bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers are provided, and extra towels are located under each bathroom sink.

THE KITCHEN
The Kitchen is fully stocked with all standard supplies plus extras: children's dishes and utensils, baking dishes and pans (cake and cupcake pans, casserole dishes, cookie sheets, etc.), crock pot, toaster, electric hand mixer, blender, electric griddle, tea kettle, 12 cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea, and hot coco, salt/pepper, and a few additional supplies.

1 garage spot, 2 designated spots in the driveway, as well as additional overflow parking for cars, boats, and trailers.

So comfortable! Decorated in a clean and inviting way! Comfortable beds! The kids loved the video game options! Very cozy and fantastic place to crash after a cold day out snowmobiling! Will definitely stay again!!!

Bear Lake!

Our stay was awesome! Unfortunately we didn’t have a lot of time to rest and relax because we were attending a wedding in the area. Austin was super responsive and willing to work with us when we needed to extend our stay! Beautiful location and easy to walk around the town.

Weekend Trip to Bear Lake

Overall, the home is great and accommodated our family and friends well. The location is close to everything in town as well as the Marina.

Garden city

We stayed at your home over labor day. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable the kitchen was well appointed. The location was awesome. The only negative was the floors. We have a 12 month old new walker and the floors were definately in need of mopping not just sweeping. Overall we had a great stay.

Excellent Bear Lake Stay

Awesome townehome! Lots of outdoor activities on the premises and nearby. Great location and close to the main drag, marina, beaches, etc. We had 7 people and had more than enough space. Very clean and well taken care of property. We would stay there again 100%

Very nice

We (3 families) stayed for 2 nights in August. Very clean and nice. Great layout - plenty of room and we really enjoyed use of 2 kayaks to take to Bear Lake. We loved that games were provided, and played both nights. We used the grill out on the patio. Upstairs was a bit warm but fans were provided to help the AC keep it cool. Loved the media room for sleeping babies. Overall-very nice!

Great Stay in Garden City

The location was great! walking distance to all the food places we wanted to try. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Austin was quick to respond to any questions we had. All around a great experience!

Just what we needed

Austin was always responsive and helpful. We had just about everything we needed at the townhouse. The location was great. Wish we had used the kayaks... it was very cool that they were available. We did use the other yard games. Loved that Pickleball was across the street... too bad the lights didn't work to play at night. But overall had a great stay!

Great Location

The location was really close to food and the rental beach we were going to. The cleanliness was “broom clean” but could use a good deep cleaning. Lots of good space for our family.

Absolutely Fantastic!!

This host and the property were absolutely fantastic!! The property is clean and well kept. Instructions for check-in and check-out are clear and easy. Communication with owner was great. We enjoyed delicious restaurants, cute shops, and the beautiful shore of Bear Lake-- all within walking distance.

Family Friendly For Sure

We loved being together to celebrate my husband's retirement. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were just right and the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, including a high chair! We also loved having multiple TVs for kiddos and adults. Great central location in Garden City.

Cozy Townhome at Bear Lake

Trying to find a location for a quick weekend getaway, we pinpointed this cozy townhome in Garden City. The place is chocked full of amenities, and the location is superb if you're going to visit the lake, unique restaurants and other activities in the area. We went in the off-season during fall break, when the weather was mild. The town was peaceful and quiet and fall colors were prevalent. This townhome has plenty to offer with lots of comfortable beds, TV's in each room, and a kitchen complete with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived and had all the comforts of home. The proximity to restaurants, shops and the beach is great, allowing a walk or short drive to many of these places. Check-in and Check-out was made very easy by the host. Though we didn't experience any problems during our stay, I felt the host would have addressed any problems should something arise. We would definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Garden City.

Spotless and well decorated!

We were impressed with the cleanliness and the home away from home feel. The owner was attentive and made things super easy. It was close enough to everything but private and quiet. Will definitely stay again!

Nice, Clean, Convenient

The town home was just as described. the bedrooms were a good size, and easily fit our family of 11 the unit was sparkling clean. tTe Kitchen was very well stocked with the utensils, etc. that we needed, more than most VRBOs we have stayed in. The location was very convenient to everything. The units all around us were full of quests, but we didn't hear a thing once we were inside. Very quiet. I would definately recommend and would rent again.
