I would not recommend using Expedia. Go direct with VRBO. Communication with the owner was excellent via phone call oe texting. The house is very nice ans clean on the inside. Very comfortable to stay in.

Hi Aaron I’m sorry you felt like our communication was slow about the TV’s, I felt like I answered all your questions as well as I could, having not been in the house. Also, it is out of my control as to how long it takes my cleaners to respond about a sweat shirt you misplaced. I have been trying to get ahold of them to get your answer to you. This is the busy season in Lake Havasu and I am sure they are swamped with their workload. Thanks for visiting.

Desert storm 2025

We loved our stay at this spacious home. The sunset views were beautiful. Hot tub was nice. Ice maker was a great feature. The hosts were very responsive. Will gladly recommend to others and stay again in the future.
