Hosts were great and communicative. Property was wonderful, clean, and had great amenities.Only disappointment was the front desk. The room sleeps 8 (we are a family of 8) and is not stocked with enough bath towels. Apparently there is a limit on how many they will send when you request fresh towels - 6. With 8 people, we requested 10 sp my daughter and I had hair towels as well and the desk refused. How silly and annoying!Overall,though, a wonderful experience and would stay again.

LOVELY SUITE

This is our fifth year staying at Bonnet Creek but my first year using VRBO. The suite was beautiful. When we checked in the resort had us moving to three different suites during our ten day stay. I immediately called Megans office and Megan called me back promptly. I had to go to the front desk the night before the first move and plead with them move us. After much debate they finally agreed to let us stay in one suite for the entire stay. Megan was great but truly her hands were tied as it was fully up to the front desk person to fix the issue. Which they did. We were in Tower 5 Room 1592. Great view of the woods. I gave it a four star because of the issues with the front desk booking us into three separate rooms. Otherwise it was a 5 star vacation.

Overall

At the risk of sounding snobby i always use to stay at 5 star hotel before we had kids, but there are either no 2 bedroom suites available at disney or it would cost couple thousand a night. We decided to go a different route for this trip kids and i have pretty high standards. This place was great for our needs. Clean, Nice , great location, wonderful pools, nice mattresses and furniture. The is the only place i would go back to again. Thanks Megan.

Beautiful condo and resort!

Beautiful condo- we were in tower 4 close to the pretty lazy river and a pool and 2 hot tubs! Every tower is near a pool but lazy rivers are by lobby building or in between tower 4&5. Only like a quarter mile or third walk around the entire resort so everything is close. Two of the other towers have water slides which is probably nice for younger kids. Orlando was really crowded for spring break so we would wait to go back after breaks are done. Only complaint is people put towels down early in am even if they don’t sit in the chair until after lunch! Not sure if any resorts have more strict rules about towels thou. Mini golf, shuffleboard, pool tables and ping pong all included also! Lots of fun!

GREAT location and condo was immaculate!!

Bonnet Creek is amazing! My family of 6 stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom condo and it worked out perfect. This is the best "off disney property" out there! I highly recommend Bonnet Creek. Thanks Megan for an easy process from start to finish. We loved our stay and will be back!!

We love staying at Wyndham Bonnet Creek when we go to Disney World. It's a great property. It's nice to have 2 bedrooms & bathrooms for our family & so convenient to have the kitchen. Our kids love the lazy river & pool areas. It's very convenient to all the Disney parks. We won't stay anywhere else when we visit Orlando! Megan is great to work with!

Even better than we'd read and heard about

This was the first time I had ever booked with Megan Bailey or stayed at Wyndham Bonnet Creek resort. Megan was easy to book with, answered all my questions and I had a lot of questions, and she quoted us a fabulous price. Wyndham Bonnet Creek was all I'd read about on Disney related travel blogs. We loved all the amenities and the units are spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was so nice to have the washer and dryer since we were there ten nights. They are so close to the parks and really easy to get on I-4 to visit other places around Orlando. If I had to lit a downside at all it would be the unchaperoned kids in the lazy river, not on tubes, but jumping off the walls. Very dangerous and not relaxing for he other people. The minimum age without an adult is supposed to be 14, but MANY kids 5-10 were in it by themselves. Even so, we'd stay there again in a heartbeat. If you go, make sure you check out the unit open for fireworks in tower 1. We also enjoyed using the gas grills between buildings and the mini golf.

Better than Disney Resorts!

We take a one week trip to Disney almost every year. We have stayed on Disney property like Old Key West and Saratoga Springs. This year we brought my 2 nieces (17 and 12) along. I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old so with 6 people a two bedroom on Disney property can become astronomical in price. We tried Bonnet Creek for the first time because of great reviews, great price point, and more room to spread out. My husband said "I don't think we are staying anywhere else from now on in Orlando except for Bonnet Creek". My kids loved the pools and we loved the convenience of having the parks so close. Beautiful furnishings, comfy beds, a full KITCHEN... Wow.

Fabulous Resort!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was comfortably appointed and the premises were beautiful. I only wish we had been able to enjoy all of the amenities offered including the sweet swings overlooking the lake and outdoor kitchens.

Great Place to Stay!

First time VRBO user and was not disappointed! Took a little trust in the process as there was not a great deal of communication leading up to the actual trip, but everything worked out well and had an amazing time! I would recommend this service and resort to anyone looking to be close to Walt Disney World without having to pay the large cost. Thank you to Megan for the help and I would love to work with her again for our trip next year!

Awesome!!!

Thanks Megan B! Our stay was wonderful! Megan made booking easy and worry-free. We were able to check in early. Check in was busy as you would expect. Our accommodations where a 2bdr 2ba. This was more than enough room for our family of 2 adults and 4 children. My Two older boys dormed up in the second bedroom w/ 2 full beds, which was perfect for them. My 4 yr old twins sacked out on the pull out couch with no complaints. My wife and I had the master bedroom which was perfect. The King size bed was comfortable and allowed enough room for the occasional Nighttime Nightmare entry by a 4 yr old. The kitchen is armed with your basics. Enough stuff to cook a basic lunch or dinner. Wonderful for those with little ones. Bath rooms where spacious. Washer and dryer worked ok. The resort grounds were nicely groomed with numerous pools, slides, lazy rivers, mini-golf, ping pong, activity rooms for kids, outdoor grills, play ground and a few bars( even some with live music). My only wish is that I had more time to explore this resort. Location is EXCELLENT!!! Right next to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and ESPN Wide World of Sports. What a wonderful week!! We will definitely return to Wyndham Bonnet Creek!

Bonnet Creek LOCATION is NOT miles from Disney-it IS right INSIDE DISNEY GATES ON PROPERTY

I don't typically respond/reply to posts ( but I stay at Bonnet Creek multiple times a year). I felt compelled to post regarding where Bonnet Creek is. It is not "miles away"-- I've stayed at multiple times with my family (5 children-1 is disabled) and it IS inside(meaning ON DISNEY PROPERTY). It is apprx 3 miles to grocery stores (Walmart or Winn Dixie), it is down the lane from Typhoon Lagoon, Downtown Disney, (right) and it is 1 stoplight from Disney Carribbean Resort, AND Hollywood Studios (left). You pull out of Via Encinas right, 400 feet turn left to go ALL Disney Parks, turn right to go to Downtown Disney(on same street!). Bonnet Creek has several restaurants (3 outdoor, 1 fast service, and now the Wyndham Grand Hotel is on this property has restaurants too (they have 3 restaurants), Pizza delivery ON property, grocery items, adult beverages, STARBUCKS coffee (small store - on property)and there is SO much to do! Mini golf, volleyball, kids activities, game rooms (2), pool tables, ping pong, several pools, 2 lazy rivers, cabana rentals (2 pools) waterslides (@ 2pools) live entertainment, Sundaes/Floats every day 2-4pm, face painting, kids crew galore, poolside bars (3), fitness centers (and you can use the Wyndham Grand fitness center (it is HUGE), and the accommodations are 5 star (not kidding!) 18 hole Golf directly behind resort (they will pick you up in a Golf Cart too) Go online and look at it! Also, this resort is set up so that no matter what your age, it is resort friendly for your needs. If you have a disability need--THIS IS, your resort! They are awesome, and so much to do--yet it never feels crowded. A circular sidewalk surround the lake with glowing fountains. They do charge for the shuttle service now, but you also don't have to ride a long time (goes back and forth to Bonnet Creek) and the lines are much shorter than Disney buses (those lines can get long during busy season). I am a Disney fanatic, however, Bonnet Creek beats any Disney resort--hands down (and I've stayed at them too). BC has Full kitchen, great floor plans, and the grounds make you feel like you are on a private island..... Plan at least a couple of days to enjoy the resort. It is "a destination" all by itself!

Wonderful Condo

This is a beautiful condo that is well-appointed with beautiful furnishings and all of the little things that are important. The grounds are also beautiful though we did not get much time to enjoy them due to attending the theme parks. The wireless internet worked beautifully and there was the best pizza place right outside Tower 3 where we stayed. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing Vacation Rental

We stayed for a long weekend and the only regret we had is that we didn't plan time to enjoy the resort! The condo was spacious, and very well kept and nicely decorated. The condo lobby was very impressive and staff was very polite. The shuttles were a big plus - we didn't have to move our cars the whole time we were there! We were 4 adults and 2 children, with the fully equiped kitchen, we were able to leave each morning after having breakfast and were able to pack lunches and snacks for our long days in the Disney parks. We look forward to staying again for an extended vacation with time to enjoy all the pools and resort amenities! Highly recommended over any Disney resort!!!

Great accommodations.

We returned three weeks ago from our first family Disney vacation! I think my husband put it best when he said I "nailed it on the head with Wyndham Bonnet Creek". We both said this numerous times during each day of our week trip. I looked at Disney properties but with a family of five, we felt it was not affordable to get 2 bedrooms to accommodate our needs. After traveling Diseny transportation around several of the Disney Properties, I am glad we were a little removed at the end of the day or as we started our day. Plan for at least one relaxing day at this resort during the Disney park experience. With outdoor refreshment sites so close to all the pools and lazy rivers you can easily occupy the morning/afternoon and into evening just pool hopping, playing miniature golf and participating in resort planned activities for children. The condos were lovely and quiet. The staff was accommodating. The shuttle service to parks and Downtown Disney was so convenient. My only change would be requesting a pond view unit as opposed to an outer (Epcot Firework) view. The kids were tired of the fireworks (which only lasted twenty minutes at most) by the third day. The daytime exterior view is parking or trees. The interior resort view includes Pond fountain lights at night and soothing sound day and night as well as pool views for the kids to enjoy. We plan a return trip to the area for Sea World and will be staying here.

Disappointing experience

The renting agent stated the rental was within the Disney property - it was actually miles away and there was no shuttle. There was no nearby food which meant eating at a sandwich or pizza place on-site. There was no decent restaurant or grocery store at the complex or close by. The renting agent was not helpful and processed our reservation incorrectly which resulted in needing to vacate the property a night early. There were no available hotels nearby and we missed our last day plan of going to Disneyland while searching nearby towns for a hotel, ending up at a dismal and dirty motel about 25 miles away. There was never an apology or explanation for this mix-up. While the property was clean and the staff friendly, the incompetence of the renting administration ruined the whole flavor of the vacation. I would definitely not recommend the property to a friend.
