Enjoy the large backyard of the home with your own BBQ to entertain. Or keep the whole family together in the large living room that seats 10 and has a huge TV.
If you prefer to relax, take advantage of the high end mattresses on every bed around the home, along with huge TV's in every room.
If you need to work we have you covered with high speed internet around the home.
Everything in this home is brand new and ready for your enjoyment.

You are in one of the safest neighborhoods in the US, very close to the wine yards of Grapevine and close to the lake and a variety of hiking and biking trails in the area. DFW Airport is 12 minutes away and downtown Dallas is 30minutes away.

Every area of the house if open to be used by guests.
Guests will receive a smart code to do a self check in so a contactless check in is seamless.

This home was decent, but I would not stay here again. The back yard was mud. The front yard was full of stickers. Our dog couldn’t potty outside at all. The back door leaked rain water all over the floor and we had to use all of the bath towels to soak up the water that drained under the door into the kitchen. The kitchen light wasn’t working properly. It just wasn’t a good stay.

Nice Stay in Dallas

The property is in an area that is close to many shops and restaurants. It is comfortable for a family to stay in and has a nice updated kitchen and bathrooms.

Great Rental!

The house was just as described. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. The house is on a cul-de-sac and a nice neighborhood. We loved getting to park in the garage and will definitely stay again!

Decent place to stay

We were in town for a conference. Location was quiet and not too far from conf. House was clean and in good condition. It is an older home that has been fixed up a bit. Not deluxe but fine for our stay.

Highly recommend

Great home, excellent location. Worked great for our family after our move to Texas while waiting for our moving trucks to arrive. Comfortable beds, plenty of room and stocked with everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Unresponsive Owner & Unnecessary/Approved Charges

Be careful, you will get charged for any LITTLE damage that is “found”. I was charged $30 for a towel that was apparently ripped even though it was like that before we got there. There is no way the towel was brand new or even $30 for that matter but you have to pay a deposit and the owner just decides what he wants to keep. He is very unresponsive and ignores emails when trying to understand what the costs are. The wifi password didnt work all weekend and he was unresponsive. Never got it sorted out. The house is nothing special. The nieghborhood isnt great. Stay somewhere else if you can to avoid dealing with the owner. $30 isnt a lot of money but its the principle of trying to charge people over what you paid for something and not even having proof that we are the ones that ripped it. According to my dad it was there when he used it so its his word against the owner but instead of good customer service he chose to take my money and ignore. Poor business = poor reviews.

thank you Nicole, we agree that its the principle that counts: so when we have before and after timestamped pictures of the damage caused by a guest we will charge them just like any hotel or STR would.
