Fantastic Stay

This place was great for our fishing trip. Beds for 6 and plenty of boat parking. We will definitely be back.

Best stay ever!

The house was great for us. It was cozy and decorated. Everything was labeled and easy to find. I stayed for a bachelorette party but I’ll definitely be back with my family!

Great place for fisherman

Plenty of parking for boats and cars. Great fish cleaning station. House was very nice with all the little things that help to make a trip easy. This is our third time at the property and the new owners have made a nice place even better!

Everything was great

House was just full of everything a person would need and then some. Back outside area was great lots of room cookout an sit by the fire pit. House was just a few minutes from anyplace you wanted to go. Will definitely book this house again.

Great stay

Everything we needed was there. 6 adults fishing every morning then cleaning fish ,cooking out and enjoying the place. Very comfortable. 20 minutes to the boat ramp but worth it to come back and have our own space. Owner was very helpful 🙂

Cute home away from home

The house seems small but it was plenty of room for our group of 8. Penny is very thorough and thoughtful with all the amenities she provides. It was clean and well put together. The area is not too far from local attractions and and very easy to get to. Highly recommend for anyone looking go to this area

Very comfortable

Penny’s property is great! Everything you need is there. Just bring your clothes and food. Everything was as stated in her listing. We had a few questions for Penny before and she was quick to respond and it was all that she said it would be. We are already talking about booking for next year once we have the dates that we need to be in Port Clinton. It’s also so convenient to Port Clinton and Camp Perry.

Island hopping group haven

I intended to go with a group of 6 but pland didn't work out so I took a girlfriend and my grandma instead. We island hopped the jet express to PIB to see the tall ships and then hopped over to Kelleys Island to ride golf carts and explore the ares. We intended to do much more than we got to but we were raised out so a late night fire and smores ended our second night. There was more than enough space for a large family and it was very clean. They had anything you could need or forget and were just well prepared overall!

Staying at Mom's

Our family enjoyed a great weekend here. For me, it was like 'staying at Mom's'. Lots of personal touches throughout the house. Very cozy and homelike. Thanx Penny!

Fishing Trip

This place is immaculate! Myself and 5 buds went up to go fishing for a weekend and this place was perfect. Everybody had a bed, wd had places to chill, there are amenities, but there is also soace out back to do things. Bring yard games!!!! Corn Hole, Can Jam, Hillbilly Golf. Only small ding if I were to give it because the questionnaire asked was the location. It is off of a very busy road...like RIGHT off. This did not bother us at all! We have already rebooked for next year and the property manager Penny is great to work with!

Fishing trip

I booked this property for a guys fishing trip. Having six individual beds is obviously nice for this. It has everything you need including a fish cleaning house with a chest freezer for your guts to wait for garbage day. It was exactly what we needed it for.
