The Guest House is a mother-in-law unit that is on the same property as the owner's. The two home estate is quiet and privacy is a top priority for guests and owners. Restful and clean, this space can home four people comfortably. This property is gated, parking available outside of gate.

Five minutes from I-5, 30 minutes from Redding, an hour from Lassen and an hour-and-a-half to Mt Shasta. Surrounded by orchards this space is quiet and family friendly. A toddler bed is available upon request.

Wonderful accommodations and quiet neighborhood

The listing was for a home adjacent to the owner’s primary residence. With that being the case, they were available and friendly and very accommodating. My youngest loved their backyard and we all enjoyed our stay on Peach Tree Lane!

It was just the right size for us. we had all the room needed. Easy access to and from town. easy to talk with Kate as she was always available. The one issue we had was the neighbors dog would go crazy barking at us every time we came and went.

Perfect for our needs.

We needed a stop over for our annual trip to the desert. Being able stay with our 2 small pups was a huge selling point. The house was clean and close to the freeway. The beds were a bit hard for our taste, but that happens more often than not even in large hotel chains. All in all. Two thumbs up.
