Ground Level Apartment Steps to Broughton with Parking by Lucky Savannah

Ideally located, State Street Secret is a charming one bedroom, one bath, ground level apartment and can comfortably accommodate up to two Lucky guests. Just off of Columbia Square, youā€™ll be a short walk to Savannahā€™s best dining, shopping, and nightlife venues. Guests wonā€™t have to sacrifice a single comfort, convenience, or amenity at the generously sized apartment.

The living area has been renovated to have an open layout, allowing you to see through to the kitchen. Youā€™ll have a two comfortable sofas to relax on while enjoying the flat screen TV in the fireplace. A half wall separates the living area from dining area, which has a spacious table with seating for six, and an extended granite countertop that connects to the adjacent kitchen. Youā€™ll have plenty of counter space and everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal during your stay. In the back of the home is a breakfast nook where you can comfortably plan out your day.

Each night youā€™ll come back to a massive king-sized bed to relax and unplug in, with a luxurious ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower.

Just down the street is the Davenport House Museum. Completed circa 1820 by Isaiah Davenport and threatened with demolition in 1955, the home was saved by a group of community-spirited citizens, marking the beginning of Savannahā€™s historic preservation movement. A short walk to Broughton Street will put you on the path to the heart of Savannahā€™s shopping and dining, including local favorites; Leopoldā€™s Ice Cream, The Pink House, and many more to name!

The space was in a great location - so close to everything we wanted to visit. It was cozy and we loved being able to stop in for a mid-afternoon break from the heat. It was so clean, I loved the decor and the openness of the space.

PERFECT!! This historic apartment was walking distance to everything but still far away enough for it to be quiet at night. The kitchen was very well equipped with all modern appliances, we made our breakfast every morning and then headed out exploring for the day. Very easy access to this apartment and the free parking space was a great bonus. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of fresh linens. Directly across the street is a beautiful square and every corner surrounding this property were gorgeous historical homes including the Davenport house, which I was able to take a home tour. Can't say enough positive things about this apartment and it's location.

Great Location

We loved our stay there. Perfect location, across from Columbia Square, which made for quiet, relaxing mornings. Within walking distance of everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice place

Super clise to everything, we walked all over town and didn't need a car. It was just two of us so it worked fine. Our only complaints were low ceilings and the couch wasn't comfortable. We would definitely go again.

This place for perfect for everything. I was able to show my daughter the best of Savannah. Very quiet location, trolley stop was just across the street. Would recommend this location and best part was having parking right behind house.

Great location with easy access to the historic district. The property is much darker than it appears in the pictures and a bit musty. It was really nice to have a designated parking spot in the back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This ground level apartment is within perfect walking distance from everything in historic Savannah. We didnā€™t move our car for the entire stay.We appreciated how well the kitchen was set up with all the necessary utensils, pans, and dishes.The bed was hard and could have used some additional foam to make it a bit softer. The couch was not comfortable as it was a futon bed, not really a couch. A rug on the living room floor would be nice to make the room a bit more homey.Despite being right on the street, the apartment was quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place based on location.

Perfect location for the womenā€™s marathon this weekend. It was hard to figure out how to get in- a photo of the door or something would be helpful. Ceilings were lower than expected but fine for a short stay.

Charming cottage

Charming cottage loved the historic fireplaces and wonderful historic neighborhood where we could hear the horse and carriages going down the street. Great location and cottage has everything you need. We had a great time and loved Savannah!

Spring Getaway

We had a beautiful weekend at State Street Secret. The location and accommodations were just perfect. My favorite part was being right at Columbia Square and spending some wonderful moments just enjoying the beauty around us, both natural beauty and the incredible Savannah architecture. Also loved how walkable everything was. Great vacation and accommodations!

Super Savannah Stay

We loved the location!! Having the parking spot in the back was such a nice feature. Being right next to one of the squares was like having our own big front yard to unwind from our day. We will be back!!

Great Place...Amazing location!!

I was down to help my daughter move out of SCAD and pack up for the summer. This was by far the best place that I have stayed at since I have been traveling down here over the past two years. There was an informative booklet on the table with all great locations, restaurants, and places to visit. Place was great for me to work remotely the whole week as well. I would defintely stay here again on our next trip down in the fall.

The property was nice. The only issues were check in. There was no directions to hit the arrow button after entering the code. Also the people that were above us had a dog and the barking was loud and annoying.

Cute apartment on Columbia Square

Fantastic location. The place is comfortable, clean and well appointed. Maybe not suitable for very tall peopleā€¦itā€™s a ground floor apartment in a very old house with low ceilings. Charming and cozy but tight on headroom. Awesome, very firm king bed.
