Our condo association only allows a 3-month minimum stay.
Our home is a modern 1-bed 1 -bath condo in a 60-unit building. It is on the 3rd floor with ocean and intracoastal views. It is on A1A directly across from the Atlantic Ocean. The building has a beautiful large pool and gardens, and a community kitchen, dining, and exercise room. The condo has porcelain flooring, stainless appliances, washer & dryer, leather sectional couch, king size bed, walk-in closet, treadmill, wifi, and office/dining area.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Wonderful Fort Lauderdale property

This propery is as advertised. It's located right across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants . Clean and very comfortable. The owners are helpful and available. I would definitely stay again.
