Pickleball and raquetball courts two minute walk. Unit comes with one private bedroom (Queenbed)and sectional pullout bed with lots of linen. Fully furnished kitchen and working area. The room was so clean and it was such a short walk to the beach we spent every morning there! The only issue we had was that the bed was a little too firm for our taste. Also, the kitchen does not have an oven so I wouldn't consider it a full kitchen.

Very comfortable. Just a 2 minute walk to the Broadwalk and beach, and I appreciated that it had full beach gear - 2 chairs and towels, a cooler and an umbrella. Host communicated well.

Where to start? We had a perfect 5 night stay, the condo was amazing! Stocked with everything you could need, immaculate and comfortable. Sahoon was absolutely wonderful as our host…very accommodating and easy to communicate with. A big thank you!The location was great, the best of both worlds with the incredible water out the back door and the beautiful beaches only one block away. We made new friends sitting on the dock, watching the boats go by.

First of all, Sehoon was very accommodating and caring when we experienced several delays with our arrival. I truly appreciated his kindness! The condo and the building are clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were both clean and equipped with everything we needed. The price for the location is more than fair. To be able to just have your car parked and walk a couple of blocks to the beach was great. The atmosphere at Hollywood Beach was awesome!The only issue I had with the location is that we stayed during spring break and Ocean Drive gets very busy.

We have stayed in this area before, and this unit was great.You are with in walking distance to the beach, great restaurants and the water taxi. Overall the unit was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay. The unit is centrally located. It’s across the street from the boardwalk, but very close and easy to get to. We liked the accommodations and would come back again. The host always replied back expeditiously.

Great Location on the intercostal

This property is in a great location - on the intercostal and only a few blocks from the broadwalk on the beach. It is small but not bad for two people. The biggest con of the place for us was that we could not park our pickup in the parking space provided because it was too big.

Stay was exactly as intended (which is a great thing - no surprises!) Our host was top-notch with communication. Sehoon answered my questions promptly and provided clear information on walking distance to some of the locations we would need to visit without a car. The property was as described and in an excellent location to walk up or down the Broadwalk. It was clean, comfortable, and had the amenities that we could have used if our stay was longer (beach gear, fridge, small kitchen, lots of pans, and appliances. We did not park here but if you follow the description on the type of car/truck you have anything under the described length would fit great. The only heads-up is the stairs leading to some of the units are a bit narrow and curve. It does state in the listing that there is no elevator, but if someone staying has mobility issues, I would stay on the ground floor. This was not a problem for us. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This was as described! Very close to everything for a vacation. The location sits on the river view and a very short walk across the street to the Ocean and the Hollywood Broad Walk. There are many shops, restaurants and bars right there. The Host provided the things you need for a great day at the beach, towels, chairs, umbrella and a cooler! The host was available to communicate with you! When we were there the host was across the world on his own vacation and took the time to answer a few questions we had about the property!!!!I would strongly recommend this property for a stay at Hollywood FL. If get get back to this area we would definitely stay at this property again Thank you Sehoon for everything!!

Location to beach was great! Just a one block walk. Intercoastal waterway directly outside the back of the apartment was nice for fishing. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking eggs for breakfast. Main living room couch was comfy for tv watching. Bedroom queen bed comfortable, dresser large enough for our clothes. Bathroom shower very nice! Air conditioner unit had no trouble keeping things cool and comfortable.
