Kid Friendly Condo Across From Cool Pool

The Cool Pool, tennis courts and a playground is right across the parking lot from this condo. The bunkbed has has a twin on top and the bottom is a full providing plenty of room for kids to rest after a full day of playing at the pool. The putt putt course is just down the street and the Marina is a short drive. Hiking and UTV trails are all over the property. There is so much to do that you need to plan on plenty of time to take it all in!

Lovely Family Stay

Our family enjoyed our stay here. We are low-key vacationers so being near the pool and hiking were great! We appreciated having washer/dryer, TV, kitchen, etc. It would be nice to have a little more information for the area for out of towners. The resort was quiet, the pool was close with a full bar, mini golf was nearby.

Time Away from Texas Heat

I stayed in these condos in the 80's. Good to see that they have been redone with new carpet, painting and some new appliances. Very efficient for short stay housing. I've always enjoyed my stay in Fairfield. Little disappointed after all these years they can't get a little more retail, restaurants, and growth.

Girls weekend getaway

Great property for a small family or group of friends. You can see the Cool pool from the front door! Bedrooms and shower are upstairs. Hosts have a good supply of kitchenware and utensils. TVs in living and bedrooms, which we didn't even turn on (we haven't seen each other in so long, we had PLENTY to talk about!). When the temps are lower, the deck and balcony would be great morning coffee spots!

Great place to stay

We had a good clean experience in our stay. Hosts were easily accessible if we needed anything and the condo was furnished with everything we needed for the weekend. We enjoyed the location and will definitely be returning.
