Nice, quiet, house. Has everything you need for a quick get away trip. The covered parking area was ideal to park my boat under. Close to several restaurants and several boat ramps.

Just show up with your suits and have a perfect lake getaway! Everything there, bring what you want to eat or cook. The rooms and beds were very comfortable, slept wonderfully. If any problems or questions you will be able to reach someone. We are already planning on another visit!

My sister and I stayed here to visit with my grandbaby who lives in Bee Branch. It was close, convenient and the porches were wonderful to sit on with coffee in the morning. The host contact was wonderful to work with when we accidently locked ourselves out one morning. Definitely looking forward to our next stay there.

This was an adorable lake cottage! We spent the majority of our time in the Heber Springs area but it was a 35 minute drive in the country. There was groceries close along with places too eat. Sitting on the front porch under the ceiling fan drinking coffee was a great way to start the day

Happiness in Higden Arkansas

Pictures did not do it justice, wonderful house, friendly people in the area, lots of things and activities to do, wonderful for kids, and a very interesting history of the lake and area, we will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable. There is enough parking for a boat trailer and 2 cars. The free boat ramp is just around the corner from the house. Also, the house is located very close to several great restaurants and shopping. If you are arriving at night, you may not be able to see the house numbers very well. The house is the 3rd one from the end of the street on the right side.

Everything was as expected , amazing ! The pictures of the inside don't due this property justice it was almost impossible to come back to reality once we left the oasis of the property! My only one complaint is that you can't see the lake from the property but its easily accessible! Cant wait to come back again!

Cozy

But now way over priced for a family. They must want multiple groups or families renting and it’s not big enough for that. It has doubled in price from one year to the next.

Clean and Well decorated

The house was advertised as 2nd bedroom having a full size bed and set of bunk beds. We are senior couples who needed the full size bed. It didn’t work well for one couple to have to sleep on a twin bed. Please change your description. It’s also time to buy new comfortable mattresses and pillows. Otherwise a great rental.

Weekend stay

Property was clean and it was an okay stay for couple nights. Several things didn’t work properly such as TV, ice maker and the master toilet leaked. The property manager replied but it was our last day there already. It is a stretch to call the property lakeview. The inside decor was nice.

Cute little place

We enjoyed staying at this adorable little house! It was close to the narrows where we keep our boat. The only thing is it looked like the cleaning crew forgot to sweep the floors. But, there was a broom so we took care of it and had a great Memorial day weekend!

Love Greer’s Ferry Lake

The house was in a central location with easy access to everything including Lacey’s Marina, Narrows Park, Fairfield Bay and Heber Springs! The house was nice but not as clean as the reviews stated. I cleaned when we arrived and was surprised that dust bunnies were in the corners and base boards were dusty. The kitchen table was black after being wiped down. Overall a great stay but two lights were out in the bathroom and although professionally managed there were some basics that were not being handled. No beach towels provided. Also just a suggestion but the back porch should be a screened in porch so that you can leave the doors open and feel one with nature. There was a huge fly problem as well which we were battling from the moment we arrived. We loved our stay but cleaning needs improvement. Great house for a short weekend away.
