NEW CONSTRUCTION! This is the place you have been looking for to escape it all! This house is 3/4 a mile to the beach and one mile to the St. Simons Pier and Village area. That's just the beginning! At Sandy Toes Cottage you will enjoy the all-new construction, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath house that is located at the end of a very quiet street on a cul-de-sac.
Enjoy coastal living at its finest in this new Saint Simon's Development, Glynn Oaks, featuring beautiful floor plans, unmatched craftsmanship, combined with upgraded finishes to create the idyllic, luxury beach cottage. At Salty Toes Cottage you will enjoy the all-new construction, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath house located at the end of a very quiet street on a cul-de-sac in a high end subdivision.

Everything here is brand new, the house was finished in mid 2021 and we have all new furniture here, linens, even newer upgraded appliances, and had the place professionally decorated by a local interior designer. Most our of guests ride bikes, rent a golf cart to get around - it is in a great location in a super super safe part of town.
