4 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath vacation home located in the East Beach Subdivision of St. Simons Island. Pre-approved pets allowed. Take advantage of a short 2 block/three minute walk to our uncrowded beach, or bike there on one of the bikes included with you rental. Our house faces the marsh and you will enjoy beautiful sunsets from our second story living space, Sea Island Forge fire pit seating area or from our patio and lush yard. Our neighborhood does not have any condos or hotels nearby which bring big crowds. We are located on the corner of 8th Street and Ocean Road in the East Beach neighborhood. Access our beach by walking straight down our street ( Eighth Street on East Beach) and down the hobbit trail til your feet hit the sand! Distance to the village is just over a mile and is a scenic walk or bike ride down sidewalks with many restaurant and shops along the way. So many activities and wonderful restaurants and shops just walking distance away! Heated outdoor shower, Outdoor firepit, & two bikes included!

The views from the house are beautiful. The interior includes vaulted ceilings, large dining room that seats 12, master suite with full bath upstairs, a second king-size BR downstairs with second kitchen attached, two additional bedrooms ( BR #3 has one queen and BR #4 has two twin beds). There is a full bath plus half bath on the level with the second king bedroom, queen bedroom and twin bedroom. Extra pluses include a gas grill, two bicycles, heated outdoor shower and a beach buggy to pull all of your belongings to and from the beach. Linens and towels provided.
