Inside, the kitchenette has everything you need to make picnic snacks or meals for intimate dining. There's plenty of cupboard and drawer space to store your vacationing supplies. The bathroom has a spacious shower to ensure all the sunscreen comes off at the end of the day!

Convenient location

With the description saying water view studio thought this would have some type of lake or beach view which it didn't. Its a nice 5 min walk to the beach. It has plenty of restaurants in walking distances. It close to the road so you can hear the cars from the apt. We enjoyed the pool and boat ramp. It was nice for our stay in PCB.

Nice & Cozy with enough space for my two grandsons and I. It come with a refrigerator, stove , washer and dryer that sealed the deal for me. AND… it’s close to everything! Walking distance to the beach, food and some attractions. There’s a pool and tennis court as well. Love it!

Feel like the photos were misleading. Paint chipped walls, flooring coming apart, only view was of the highway, after staying we walked out with a bunch of bumps/ Bug bites. Overall not a good experience and do not recommend.

I loved how cute this looks. It was comfy. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because it didn’t have Wi-Fi or cable. I work remotely so that was an issue for me. But the affordable price made up for that.

The unit was still dirty when we arrived. All the cups and bowls had to be washed be for they could be used. The unit also has a roach issue. Dead one on the floor and live one walking around every where.

Great communication but roaches

The communication from the rental company was great. Multiple emails, a call the day of to ensure we had everything and to update us on check in time and text throughout our stay to ensure we were okay. There wasn’t printed check out instructions, wifi or location information. The unit and complex was cute for a weekend stay. But they have a MAJOR issue with roaches. As soon as we entered the unit we killed two roaches on the appliances and furniture. After about an hour, we found a roach on our bag. In the morning, a roach in our towelette bag. We killed 6-8 roaches over a one night stay. Would not be back to this unit.

It seemed pretty clean and everything was as described. Had a lot of problems with the air conditioner and it stayed pretty hot and humid in the room all day. It only cooled down after midnight each night in the room. Saw a lot of bugs in the room which was a little unsettling.
