The unit sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master, queen bed in the upstairs loft, and a hide-a-bed couch in the living room area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and small appliances. Unit has a front loading washer/dryer stack unit in the bedroom. Bedroom opens to a spacious deck overlooking the landscaped pool area. The property address is 6829 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, FL 32408. Must be 26 years of age to rent.

Easy to access but the unit was a bit dirty and dated. Stairs to the upstairs creaked and felt unstable. Smelled of “skunk”. Might’ve been neighbors but it was definitely stinking up the place. King mattress in bedroom was very very soft and could stand to be replaced. Overall was fine for our needs but could have some simple updates/better cleaning.

We initially had issues getting into the property with the assigned code. We were not able to get in the first night (we arrived late). The host Kathy however was able to get this fixed for us and because of the inconvenience refunded us the night plus fees. She was a fantastic host, very communicative. The property was just superb. We will be looking to stay again. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

We had everything that we needed! The place was beautiful and clean. I love the upstairs loft. It is like a separate bedroom. However, I would not plan on using the loft if you have any knee issues. The location was perfect!

My family enjoyed staying in this condo. Comfy beds, nice location, short walk to the beach. Kitchen had all the needed utensils and cookware. Very convenient to have washer and dryer in unit. My other two kids loved the loft area but it was my only point of stress. Trying to keep my two year away from the stairs to the loft. Overall, we lived the stay as a family and would definitely return.

Great vacation

This was our 2nd stay at this property. Everything was clean and ready for us. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and the kitchen has everything you need if you plan to stay in and cook vs eating out every night. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Thank you so much!
