3 BR renovated home, near downtown Raleigh, privacy fenced backyard!

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Raleigh, less than 10 minutes from downtown and 2 minutes to I-40. This recently renovated home has everything you need: 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath with tub & shower, fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, washer & dryer. There are 3 smart TVs, blazing fast Fiber internet, and a desk in the 3rd bedroom/office for any work needs. Outside is a fully fenced-in backyard with privacy fence and outdoor dining table. Dogs are welcome too, and we have a welcome basket just for them!

Our home provides:
Living room with large smart TV, games, puzzles & books. Dining area, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. New deck with lockable gates for your little ones or pets, grassy front & back yards.

Had a lovely stay just outside of Downtown Raleigh. I really liked how close the home is from everything we wanted to see in Raleigh. Less than 8 mins from most important destinations. Booked this as a long term stay (~1 month) and really enjoyed the house! It was very comfortable and well equipped with all of the necessities.
