The space
This brand new remodeled residence is located on the West side of El Paso and it has everything you need for a special get away. This location is highly desirable part of El Paso. It has beautiful views of the mountains and walking distance desert trails. It a magnificent property on the inside out since is surrounded with beautiful parks and very close to main city attractions. There is also proximity to very good restaurants, outlet shops, hospitals and everything you need. Is truly an awesome place to call home away from home.

Wonderful Stay

Great house for our family! We enjoyed having 5 bedrooms, enough space for everyone (3 adults, 4 kids). The house is furnished beautifully and we enjoyed the back yard. The location is ideal, close to shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!

Family wedding

House was nice and had everything needed for our stay. Had several smelly things throughout which was a little overwhelming. Maybe they could switch to essential oils rather than fake scents. A little hard to communicate with property manager as she didn’t speak English very well but manage fine through text. Had to call for property check in stuff as it wasn’t uploaded on VRBO. Overall nice house with lots of space and very nice area!

Noisy neighbors

It was a good stay overall, We were there for a Quinceanera on Sunday but Saturday night we did not get any sleep because the neighbors were moving and it looked like they were also having a party, there were cars park in the drive way and we had to tell them to move a couple of times, we had to park one of our cars a couple of houses down the street because they had a lot of people over, between one and two in the morning they were by the window talking and saying good bye for a long time. The house was nice and clean, we enjoyed the place, other than the noisy neighbors.

Beautiful Property, but BEWARE!!!!

My family traveled to El Paso, TX to celebrate a significant milestone in my 25-year military career. Upon arrival, we encountered the following: a foul smell from one of the shower drains and kitchen sink, dirty bathroom mats, and ceiling fans. We promptly messaged the property manager to express our concerns, and the problems were addressed the next day. June 18, we experienced a problem with the upstairs AC unit. The thermostat was set at 74 degrees, the actual temperature upstairs was 87 degrees. Again, the property management was contacted explaining the conditions and that it was unsuitable for our elderly parents. The response was, no one was available to attend to the issue that day. Since this was an inconvenience for my family, the property management noted that they would reimburse us for three days (we have not received reimbursement as of July 2, 2023). June 19, to our surprise and disappointment, the neighbor revealed that someone from the property management team had inquired about any large gatherings, which was disrespectful and insulting considering we had already received and acknowledged the no-large-gathering rule prior to our arrival. When the maintenance personnel arrived to address the AC and thermostat problem. They informed us that they needed to obtain a part (new motor) to fix the issue and were absent for several hours. Given the uncomfortable temperature in the upstairs area, my family and I decided to clean up and leave the property.
