✹ If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time. It will help us better prepare for your reservation.



✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.



✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in large receptacles at the back of the house.

✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ To ensure a seamless check-in and a clear understanding of the rental terms, guests are required to complete the following upon booking confirmation:

✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee



✹ Early Check-in:

If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.

Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.



✹ Late Check-out:

Late check-out requests are rarely approved, as our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare our home for the next guests.



✹ CRIBS/BABY GEAR: Let us know at least a week in advance if you’ll need a crib, so we can have it ready and waiting for your little one before you arrive!



✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.



✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.



✹Our space includes a laptop-friendly workspace with a table, comfortable seating, and easy access to power outlets—perfect for remote work or catching up on emails.



✹ Get ready for a unique seasonal spectacle! At certain times of the year, our area becomes a bustling hub for bayflies, also known as muffleheads. While they are a pesky pest, in the aquatic ecosystem they play an important role as a food source for many aquatic animals like fish, frogs and other water-based insects. We do our best with regular pest control, but you might spot them during their peak seasons. Embrace the natural wonder and enjoy your stay!



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the deck, dock, and parking area. No need to fumble with keys! We will send you an access code to the property prior to your arrival.



For a smoother check-in experience, we kindly request that all guests fill out our check-in form before arrival. This form will grant you access to our listing and ensure a hassle-free check-in process. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will promptly send you the check-in form.
